Динаміка колективного образу військовослужбовців в суспільної свідомості цивільного населення України

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 57 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 3 таблиці. Перелік посилань включає 40 джерел Об'єкт дослідження: колективний образ військовослужбовця у суспільній свідомості цивільного населення. В умовах тривалої війни на виснаження, яка вимагає мобілізації максимально маштабних ресурсів (як фізичних, так й психологічних), образ бійця Збройних Сил України (ЗСУ) в уявленні цивільного населення набуває нової, критичної ваги. Оскільки ситуація змінюється в дуже швидких масштабах, ми отримуємо можливість досліджувати фактичну динаміку формування. Сам образ бійця ЗСУ э не тільки символ незламності чи об’єкт національної гордості, він стає ключовим індикатором психологічної єдності суспільства та, водночас, потенційним джерелом глибокої соціальної напруги. Попередні етапи досліджень, зокрема дослідження формування образу у 2024 році, були зосереджені на різниці у суспільних настроях. Вони виконали важливу описову функцію, показавши, чим саме цей образ був сформований, а саме під впливом бойових дій та інформаційних кампаній. Однак на поточному, на превеликий жаль, затяжному етапі конфлікту, цього описового підходу стає недостатньо. Накопичена втома, неминуча психологічна диференціація досвідів (між тими, хто безпосередньо на фронті, та тими, хто в умовному тилу), а також посилення цілеспрямованих ворожих інформаційно-психологічних операцій (ІПСО) формують приховані фактори напруги. Саме ці фактори створюють реальну загрозу соціальної фрагментації. Ця фрагментація проявляється у поглибленні нерозуміння між цивільними та військовими, утворенні шкідливих стереотипів («ми» проти «них»), зниженні рівня довіри та, як наслідок, у розриві соціальних зв’язків, що є прямою загрозою національній стійкості та обороноздатності. Наукова новизна: Теоретичне осмислення та обґрунтування динаміки колективного образу військовослужбовця в залежності від географічного та психологічного чинника (близькість до бойових дій).

EN : The work is presented on 57 pages of printed text, contains 3 tables. The list of references includes 40 sources. The object of the study: the collective image of a military serviceman in the public consciousness of the civilian population. In the conditions of a long war of attrition, which requires the mobilization of the largest possible resources (both physical and psychological), the image of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the perception of the civilian population acquires a new, critical importance. Since the situation is changing very rapidly, we get the opportunity to study the actual dynamics of its formation. The image of a soldier of the AFU itself is not only a symbol of invincibility or an object of national pride, it becomes a key indicator of the psychological unity of society and, at the same time, a potential source of deep social tension. The previous stages of the research, in particular, the study of the formation of the image in 2024, were focused on the difference in public sentiment. They performed an important descriptive function, showing how this image was formed, namely under the influence of hostilities and information campaigns. However, at the current, unfortunately, protracted stage of the conflict, this descriptive approach is becoming insufficient. Accumulated fatigue, the inevitable psychological differentiation of experiences (between those who are directly at the front and those who are in the conditional rear), as well as the intensification of targeted enemy information and psychological operations (IPSO) form hidden factors of tension. It is these factors that create a real threat of social fragmentation. This fragmentation is manifested in the deepening of misunderstanding between civilians and military personnel, the formation of harmful stereotypes (“us” versus “them”), a decrease in the level of trust and, as a result, in the rupture of social ties, which is a direct threat to national stability and defense capability. Scientific novelty: Theoretical understanding and justification of the dynamics of the collective image of a serviceman depending on geographical and psychological factors (proximity to hostilities).
