Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Підвищення ефективності системи прийняття управлінських рішень у ТОВ «БІЗНЕС-КОНТАКТ» : 63 сторінки, 11 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 40 найменувань. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю оперативного реагування на зміни внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища через формування ефективної системи прийняття управлінських рішень, яка за сучасних умов стає визначальним чинником успішності підприємства. Мета дослідження – розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності системи прийняття управлінських рішень у ТОВ «БІЗНЕС-КОНТАКТ» на основі вивчення теоретичних положень, аналізу існуючої практики та впровадження сучасних методів і технологій управління. Об'єкт дослідження – процес управління ТОВ «БІЗНЕС-КОНТАКТ» у частині прийняття управлінських рішень. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти організації процесу прийняття управлінських рішень і механізми його оптимізації на підприємстві. В роботі досліджені теоретичні засади процесу прийняття управлінських рішень; проаналізований стан системи прийняття управлінських рішень у ТОВ «БІЗНЕС-КОНТАКТ»; виявлені основні проблеми і недоліки діючої системи, на основі чого розроблені заходи щодо вдосконалення системи прийняття рішень та проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих рекомендацій.

The relevance of the topic is due to the need to promptly respond to changes in the internal and external environment through the formation of an effective system of managerial decision-making, which under modern conditions becomes a determining factor in the success of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the managerial decision-making system at BUSINESSCONTACT LLC based on the study of theoretical provisions, analysis of existing practice and implementation of modern management methods and technologies. The object of the study is the management process at BUSINESSCONTACT LLC in terms of managerial decision-making. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of organizing the managerial decision-making process and mechanisms for its optimization at the enterprise. The paper explores the theoretical foundations of the managerial decisionmaking process; analyzes the state of the managerial decision-making system at BUSINESS-CONTACT LLC; identifies the main problems and shortcomings of the current system, on the basis of which measures are developed to improve the decision-making system and evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations.
