Стресостійкість як чинник психологічного благополуччя внутрішньо переміщених осіб похилого віку

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 92 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 10 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: стресостійкість як психологічний феномен. У сучасних умовах української держава особливої уваги з боку науковців потребує проблематика однієї з найбільш уразливих соціальних груп – внутрішньо переміщених осіб похилого віку. Їхнє переміщення внаслідок війни супроводжується глибокими психологічними потрясіннями та соціальною дезадаптацією. У цьому контексті психологічна допомога має переорієнтуватися на нові підходи, які враховують потреби й особливості психосоціального функціонування осіб старшого віку в умовах вимушеного переселення. За офіційними даними, війна змусила покинути свої домівки близько семи мільйонів громадян України. Водночас державні органи наголошують, що статус внутрішньо переміщені особи не є визначальною соціальною характеристикою, а лише відображає складну життєву ситуацію. Люди похилого віку, що перебувають у статусі переселенців, стикаються з комплексом викликів, серед яких особливо значущим є процес адаптації до нового соціального і, часто, мовного середовища. Саме тому потреба в ефективних інтервенціях психологічної підтримки набуває ключового значення для відновлення їхньої якості життя. Наукова новизна полягає в уточнені сутності поняття «психологічне благополуччя внутрішньо переміщених осіб похилого віку»; в розробці та впровадженні програми психологічного супроводу внутрішньо переміщених осіб похилого віку в змінних умовах благодійних фондів для переселенців.

EN : The work is presented on 92 pages of printed text, contains 10 tables, 9 figures, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 75 sources. The object of the study: stress resistance as a psychological phenomenon. In the modern conditions of the Ukrainian state, the issue of one of the most vulnerable social groups – internally displaced elderly people – requires special attention from scientists. Their displacement as a result of the war is accompanied by deep psychological shocks and social maladjustment. In this context, psychological assistance should be reoriented to new approaches that take into account the needs and peculiarities of the psychosocial functioning of older people in conditions of forced displacement. According to official data, the war forced about seven million citizens of Ukraine to leave their homes. At the same time, state bodies emphasize that the status of an internally displaced person is not a defining social characteristic, but only reflects a difficult life situation. Elderly people who are displaced face a complex of challenges, among which the process of adaptation to a new social and, often, linguistic environment is particularly significant. That is why the need for effective psychological support interventions is of key importance for restoring their quality of life. The scientific novelty lies in the clarification of the essence of the concept of "psychological well-being of internally displaced elderly people"; in the development and implementation of a program of psychological support for internally displaced elderly people in the changing conditions of charitable foundations for displaced persons.
