Об’єкт дослідження: психологічні чинники репродуктивної поведінки представників спільноти «чайлдфрі». Сучасне суспільство характеризується стрімкими трансформаціями в усіх сферах життя, зокрема, і у сімейному аспекті. Якщо у ХХ ст. спостерігалось руйнування традиційної патріархальної родини, то ХХІ ст. характеризується поступовим знищенням нуклеарної сім’ї. Сьогодення сучасної людини відрізняється безліччю відкритих можливостей. Особистість вільна у виборі професії, стилю життя, сексуальних уподобань, партнера, хобі. Перебудова цінностей та орієнтацій особистості у сучасному світі призводить до переоцінки власних пріоритетів. «Добровільно бездітні» не вважають, що люди самоактуалізуються тільки тоді, коли стають батьками. Цінності та пріоритети «чайлдфрі» змінюють свій вектор з сім’ї на кар’єру, життя заради себе, своїх потреб. Такі погляди трактуються суспільством некоректно, що призводить до появи стереотипів та дискримінації «добровільно бездітних». «Добровільно бездітні» номінують свою субкультуру, як сhildfree («чайлдфрі»). Наукова новизна роботи полягає у тому, що вперше теоретично розглянуті та емпірично обґрунтований взаємозв’язок гендерної ідентичності , як психологічного чинника та життєвої позиції представників спільноти «чайлдфрі».

The object of research: psychological factors of reproductive behavior of representatives of the “childfree” community. Modern society is characterized by rapid transformations in all spheres of life, in particular, in the family aspect. If in the 20th century. the destruction of the traditional patriarchal family was observed, then the 21st century. is characterized by the gradual destruction of the nuclear family. The present of a modern person is distinguished by a multitude of open opportunities. The individual is free to choose a profession, lifestyle, sexual preferences, partner, hobbies. The restructuring of the values and orientations of the individual in the modern world leads to a reassessment of their own priorities. “Voluntarily childless” do not believe that people become self-actualized only when they become parents. The values and priorities of "childfree" change their vector from family to career, life for oneself, one's needs. Such views are interpreted incorrectly by society, which leads to the emergence of stereotypes and discrimination against "voluntarily childless". "Voluntarily childless" nominate their subculture as childfree ("childfree"). The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time the relationship between gender identity as a psychological factor and the life position of representatives of the "childfree" community has been theoretically considered and empirically substantiated.
