Психологічна характеристика емоційно-чуттєвих станів підлітків після розлучення батьків

Abstract

Сучасне українське суспільство переживає період глибоких трансформацій, що зачіпають усі сфери життя, в тому числі й інститут сім'ї. Однією з найболючіших проблем сьогодення є зростання кількості розлучень. Статистика свідчить про невтішну тенденцію: все більше сімей розпадається, залишаючи за собою глибокий слід у долях їх членів, особливо дітей. Розлучення батьків – це не просто юридичний факт припинення шлюбу, це потужний стресовий фактор, що може призвести до серйозних психологічних травм та порушень емоційно-чуттєвої сфери дитини. Підлітковий вік, що сам по собі є періодом бурхливих змін та становлення особистості, ускладнюється додатковими викликами, пов'язаними з розпадом сім'ї. Підлітки стикаються з необхідністю адаптуватися до нової сімейної ситуації, переживати складні емоції та конфлікти, що негативно впливає на їх психологічний добробут. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає в уточненні психологічної характеристики емоційно-чуттєвих станів підлітків, які переживають розлучення батьків. Дослідження виявило специфічні особливості в прояві цих станів у підлітків різного віку та статі, що розширює розуміння їх впливу. Важливим аспектом новизни є розробка практичних рекомендацій для батьків та фахівців, спрямованих на психологічну підтримку підлітків під час цього складного періоду.

EN : The work is presented on 68 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 54 sources. The object of the study is the emotional and sensory states of adolescents. Modern Ukrainian society is experiencing a period of deep transformations that affect all spheres of life, including the institution of the family. One of the most painful problems of today is the increase in the number of divorces. Statistics show a disappointing trend: more and more families are breaking up, leaving a deep mark on the fate of their members, especially children. Divorce of parents is not just a legal fact of the termination of marriage, it is a powerful stress factor that can lead to serious psychological trauma and disorders of the emotional and sensory sphere of the child. Adolescence, which in itself is a period of rapid changes and the formation of the personality, is complicated by additional challenges associated with the breakdown of the family. Adolescents are faced with the need to adapt to a new family situation, experience complex emotions and conflicts, which negatively affects their psychological well-being. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the clarification of the psychological characteristics of the emotional and sensory states of adolescents experiencing parental divorce. The study revealed specific features in the manifestation of these states in adolescents of different ages and genders, which expands the understanding of their impact. An important aspect of the novelty is the development of practical recommendations for parents and specialists aimed at psychological support of adolescents during this difficult period.
