N : The work is set out on 110 pages, 2 tables, 2 appendices. The list of links includes 65 sources. Object of study: emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is an important cognitive component of the structure of communicative abilities of the individual. It helps to predict the development of interpersonal relationships, "sharpens" intuition, predictability, provides psychological endurance; Allows you to overcome sudden crises, stresses and situations that threaten self-esteem. Adolescence is characterized by the fact that interpersonal relationships with friends play a leading role. Formal groups of adolescents experience cases where some of its members receive sociometric statuses as rejected and isolated, and this may indicate low emotional intelligence. That is, increasing the level of emotional intelligence will increase the sociometric status in the group. The scientific novelty of the work is that it further developed a psychological understanding of the relationship between emotional intelligence and the sociometric status of adolescents in the group.uk
