Технології струмінно-кавітаційного рафінування сталі у великовантажних ковшах

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити можливість та розробити технологію застосування струмінно-кавітаційної обробки для рафінування сталі. Оцінено вплив водню на властивості сталі; розглянуті фізико-хімічні процеси при розчиненні водню, азоту та неметалевих включень у розплаві; розроблена технологія струмінно-кавітаційного рафінування сталі у великовантажних ківшах; розглянута інтенсифікація перемішування металу та збільшення поверхні контакту розплав – газ; запропоновані технічні засоби для забезпечення пульсуючого дуття та досліджений вплив кавітаційного рафінування на механічні властивості досліджуваної сталі; узагальнено основні шкідливі виробничі фактори на плавильній ділянці ДСПА та методи боротьби з ними.

EN : The work sets the task of investigating the possibility and developing a technology for using jet-cavitation treatment for refining steel. The effect of hydrogen on the properties of steel is assessed; the physicochemical processes of dissolving hydrogen, nitrogen and non-metallic inclusions in the melt are considered; the technology of jet-cavitation refining of steel in heavy-duty ladles is developed; the intensification of metal mixing and increasing the melt-gas contact surface are considered; technical means are proposed to ensure pulsating blasting and the effect of cavitation refining on the mechanical properties of the steel under study is investigated; the main harmful production factors in the melting section of two-bath steelmaking units and methods of combating them are summarized.
