Механізми інтеграції ТОВ «Метінвест Холдинг» у світовий ринок сталі

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процеси стратегічного розвитку вертикально інтегрованих гірничо-металургійних компаній в умовах глобалізації та структурної трансформації світового ринку сталі. Предмет дослідження: організаційно-економічні відносини, інструменти та результати міжнародної інтеграції холдингу «Метінвест» у світовий ринок сталі. Методи дослідження: системний підхід, методи порівняльного, структурно-динамічного та коефіцієнтного аналізу, портфельні моделі, моделювання економічного ефекту інтеграції. Мета роботи: дослідження процесів міжнародної інтеграції холдингу «Метінвест» у світовий ринок сталі та обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення його стратегії в умовах повоєнної відбудови й декарбонізації світової економіки. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні засади функціонування світового ринку сталі та визначено роль транснаціональних компаній у глобальних ланцюгах створення вартості. Проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічного стану холдингу «Метінвест», який виявив суттєве скорочення масштабів діяльності, але продемонстрував адаптивність бізнес-моделі через переорієнтацію географії збуту на користь європейського ринку. Здійснено розрахунок економічної ефективності інтеграції холдингу до ринку Європейського Союзу, що забезпечило додатковий дохід у розмірі понад 2,6 млрд доларів США та дозволило підтримати операційну стійкість в умовах воєнного стану. Обґрунтовано стратегію вибіркового зростання з фокусом на розвитку гірничодобувного сегменту, виробництві сировини для «зеленої» металургії та розширенні сервісних потужностей у країнах ЄС. Запропоновані заходи з декарбонізації виробничих процесів, оптимізації логістичних маршрутів та посилення інтеграції у європейські ланцюги доданої вартості можуть бути використані менеджментом компанії для відновлення конкурентних позицій на глобальному ринку.

EN : Object of research: processes of strategic development of vertically integrated mining and metallurgical companies in the context of globalization and structural transformation of the world steel market. Subject of research: organizational and economic relations, tools and results of international integration of the Metinvest holding company into the world steel market. Research methods: system approach, methods of comparative, structural-dynamic and coefficient analysis, portfolio models, modeling of the economic effect of integration. Purpose of work: study of the processes of international integration of the Metinvest holding company into the world steel market and justification of directions for improving its strategy in the context of post-war reconstruction and decarbonization of the world economy. The work summarizes the theoretical principles of the functioning of the world steel market and defines the role of transnational companies in global value chains. A comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic condition of the Metinvest holding was conducted, which revealed a significant reduction in the scale of operations, but demonstrated the adaptability of the business model through the reorientation of the geography of sales in favor of the European market. The economic efficiency of the holding's integration into the European Union market was calculated, which provided additional income of over 2.6 billion US dollars and allowed maintaining operational stability in martial law conditions. A selective growth strategy was substantiated with a focus on the development of the mining segment, the production of raw materials for "green" metallurgy, and the expansion of service capacities in EU countries. The proposed measures to decarbonize production processes, optimize logistics routes, and strengthen integration into European value chains can be used by the company's management to restore competitive positions in the global market.
