N : The master's work analyzed the theoretical foundations and principles of production planning in a pharmaceutical company, which made it possible to outline the key features of production process organization and identify factors influencing management effectiveness. A review of current scientific research on production planning was conducted, allowing the systematization of approaches used in international practice and the identification of relevant directions for further study in the context of digitalization and automation. The paper examines existing methods and models of production planning, provides a comparative analysis, identifies their advantages and limitations, and substantiates the feasibility of adapting them to the conditions of a pharmaceutical enterprise. Based on theoretical and applied analysis, a modified model of production planning integrated into an ERP system was developed, combining elements of make-to-stock and make-to-order approaches to enhance flexibility, accuracy, and adaptability under changing demand conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed model was evaluated through comparison with the baseline approach, revealing advantages in resource optimization, reduced order fulfillment times, and improved customer satisfaction. The results confirmed the practical value of the model and its potential for implementation in real production processes of a pharmaceutical company.uk
