Ефективність управління активами ПрАТ «Пологівський олійно-екстракційний завод» та шляхи її підвищення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 128 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 37 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління активами підприємства ПрАТ «Пологівський олійно-екстракційний завод». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу управління активами підприємства з метою підвищення її ефективності. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності процесу управління активами підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення активів підприємства та особливості організації механізму управлінння ними; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо підвищення ефективності процесу управління активами підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) досліджено сучасні підходи щодо підвищення ефективності управління активами підприємства; 2) запропоновано заходи щодо оптимізації структури оборотних активів підприємства; 3) удосконалено механізм управління основними засобами підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації механізму управління активами підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 128 pages of printed text, contains 37 tables, 17 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the asset management processes of PJSC «Pologivsky Oil Extraction Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the enterprise’s asset management process in order to increase its efficiency. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise’s asset management process. Tasks: 1) determine the essence and value of the company’s assets and the peculiarities of the organization of the mechanism of their management; 2) analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the efficiency of the enterprise’s asset management process. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) modern approaches to improving the efficiency of enterprise asset management were investigated; 2) proposed measures to optimize the structure of the company’s current assets; 3) the mechanism of managing the company’s fixed assets has been improved. Practical significance of the obtained results. Suggestions for optimizing the enterprise’s asset management mechanism can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating the assets of the enterprise and ensuring the improvement of the efficiency of their use and reproduction in the activity of the industrial enterprise and can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by the heads of the financial divisions of enterprises to develop tactical and strategic decisions regarding the optimization of the asset management mechanism, reproduction of fixed assets, optimization of the structure of current assets, which will allow optimization of the production, financial and investment activities of the enterprise.
