Зв’язок традиційних обрядів та психологічного благополуччя етнічних спільнот

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: ритуали та обрядові практики у різних культурах як соціально–психологічний феномен. Актуальність дослідження пояснюється тим, що у сучасному глобалізованому світі послаблення зв’язку з традиціями, релігійними та культурними практиками призводить до втрати ідентичності, відчуття спільності й сенсу життя. Людина з дитинства інтегрує елементи культури у власну систему цінностей, а культурна приналежність стає фундаментом її емоційного досвіду, почуття захищеності, прийняття та належності. Психологічна прив’язаність до культурного середовища формує позитивну ідентичність, сприяє розвитку самооцінки, емоційної стабільності, внутрішньої цілісності. Зростання рівня тривожності, депресії, емоційного вигорання актуалізує потребу у вивченні ресурсів, які традиційно використовувалися для підтримки психічного здоров’я. Обряди, як культурні практики, відіграють ключову роль у формуванні й підтримці психологічного благополуччя, адаптації особистості до змін, подоланні стресових ситуацій. Дослідження впливу традиційних ритуалів у різних етнічних групах дозволяє виявити універсальні та унікальні механізми психологічної підтримки, що мають значну наукову та практичну цінність. Наукова новизна: у роботі здійснено міжкультурний аналіз ритуальних практик із психологічної перспективи, що дозволило виявити як універсальні механізми їх впливу на психічне здоров’я, так і унікальні національно–культурні аспекти. Вперше в українському контексті досліджено досвід сприйняття та переживання ритуалів учасниками різних культур через сучасні форми міжкультурної комунікації (зокрема, онлайн–спілкування).

EN : The work is presented on 77 pages of printed text, contains 3 tables, 2 appendices, 2 figures. The list of references includes 90 sources. The object of the study: rituals and ceremonial practices in different cultures as a socio-psychological phenomenon. The relevance of the study is explained by the fact that in the modern globalized world, the weakening of ties with traditions, religious and cultural practices leads to the loss of identity, a sense of community and the meaning of life. A person from childhood integrates elements of culture into his own system of values, and cultural affiliation becomes the foundation of his emotional experience, a sense of security, acceptance and belonging. Psychological attachment to the cultural environment forms a positive identity, contributes to the development of self-esteem, emotional stability, internal integrity. The increase in the level of anxiety, depression, emotional burnout actualizes the need to study resources that have traditionally been used to support mental health. Rituals, as cultural practices, play a key role in the formation and maintenance of psychological well-being, adaptation of the individual to changes, and overcoming stressful situations. Research into the influence of traditional rituals in different ethnic groups allows us to identify universal and unique mechanisms of psychological support that have significant scientific and practical value. Scientific novelty: the work provides a cross-cultural analysis of ritual practices from a psychological perspective, which allowed us to identify both universal mechanisms of their influence on mental health and unique national-cultural aspects. For the first time in the Ukrainian context, the experience of perception and experience of rituals by participants of different cultures through modern forms of intercultural communication (in particular, online communication) has been studied.
