Психологічні аспекти впливу соціальних мереж на самооцінку підлітків

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 70 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 4 рисунка, 7 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – самооцінка підлітків у сучасних умовах цифрової взаємодії. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена стрімким поширенням соціальних мереж у житті сучасних підлітків та їх значним впливом на формування особистості та самооцінки. Підлітковий вік характеризується підвищеною чутливістю до соціального схвалення, оцінювання з боку оточення та процесів самопрезентації, що посилює вплив цифрового середовища на емоційний стан і ставлення до себе. Надмірне використання соціальних мереж, постійне порівняння себе з іншими, залежність від схвалення в онлайн-просторі можуть супроводжуватися зниженням самооцінки, підвищенням тривожності та формуванням негативного самоставлення. У зв’язку з цим дослідження психологічних особливостей впливу соціальних мереж на самооцінку підлітків набуває особливої теоретичної та практичної значущості в умовах сучасного українського суспільства. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у комплексному дослідженні взаємозв’язку між особливостями використання соціальних мереж, проявами залежності від них та рівнем самооцінки підлітків в умовах сучасного цифрового середовища.

EN : The work is presented on 70 pages of printed text, contains 6 tables, 4 figures, 7 appendices. The list of references includes 60 sources. The object of the study is the self-esteem of adolescents in modern conditions of digital interaction. The relevance of the research topic is due to the rapid spread of social networks in the lives of modern adolescents and their significant impact on the formation of personality and self-esteem. Adolescence is characterized by increased sensitivity to social approval, evaluation by the environment and self-presentation processes, which enhances the influence of the digital environment on the emotional state and attitude towards oneself. Excessive use of social networks, constant comparison of oneself with others, dependence on approval in the online space can be accompanied by a decrease in self-esteem, increased anxiety and the formation of a negative self-attitude. In this regard, the study of the psychological features of the influence of social networks on the self-esteem of adolescents acquires special theoretical and practical significance in the conditions of modern Ukrainian society. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the comprehensive study of the relationship between the features of using social networks, manifestations of addiction to them, and the level of self-esteem of adolescents in the modern digital environment.
