Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – система соціально-правового захисту внутрішньо переміщених осіб у сучасному суспільстві. Предмет дослідження – зміст, форми та методи соціально-правового захисту внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати сучасний стан соціально-правового захисту внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні та розробити рекомендації щодо його вдосконалення. Методи дослідження. У роботі використано загальнонаукові методи дослідження, такі як аналіз, синтез, порівняння та узагальнення, а також спеціальні методи правового аналізу, порівняльного правознавства та соціологічного дослідження. Теоретичне значення дослідження: проведено комплексний аналіз теоретико-правових основ соціально-правового захисту внутрішньо переміщених осіб, визначено основні проблеми, з якими стикаються ВПО, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення правового регулювання для забезпечення соціальної підтримки та інтеграції цієї категорії громадян. Практичне значення дослідження: результати дослідження можуть бути використані у діяльності державних органів, органів місцевого самоврядування та громадських організацій, які займаються питаннями соціального захисту ВПО. Висновки і рекомендації, розроблені у роботі, можуть бути застосовані для вдосконалення чинного законодавства України у сфері захисту прав внутрішньо переміщених осіб.

EN : The total volume of the work is 80 pages, of which 65 pages are the main text. The qualification work provides a theoretical overview and describes the legal and social aspects of the protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. It defines the methods and mechanisms for ensuring their rights and social adaptation in new living conditions. The research object – the system of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons. The research subject – the content, forms and methods of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. The aim of the study – to analyze the current state of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons and determine ways to improve it. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to analyze the legal framework for the social and legal protection of internally displaced persons; 2) to identify the main problems faced by internally displaced persons in Ukraine; 3) to characterize the mechanisms for implementing state policy regarding internally displaced persons; 4) to propose ways to improve the system of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons. To solve the tasks and test the hypothesis, general scientific and special research methods were used: theoretical (analysis, systematization, generalization), and empirical (questionnaire, interview, comparative analysis, statistical methods). Section 1 “Theoretical and legal foundations of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons” defines the essence of the concept of internal displacement, the legal framework for the protection of internally displaced persons, and the main problems of their social adaptation. Section 2 “The system of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine” analyzes state policy on the support of internally displaced persons, the mechanisms of their integration, and social assistance. Section 3 “Problems and prospects for improving the social and legal protection of internally displaced persons” examines the main shortcomings of the existing protection system and proposes ways to optimize it. The analysis of the obtained results confirmed the need to improve the system of social and legal protection of internally displaced persons by expanding legal guarantees, improving social support mechanisms, and actively involving non-governmental organizations.
