Діагностика фінансового стану АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат» та механізми його покращення в умовах нестабільності

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 127 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси діагностики фінансового стану підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат» в умовах нестабільності та механізми його покращення. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу діагностики фінансового стану підприємства та розробкою механізмів його покращення. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження механізмів покращення фінансового стану підприємства в умовах нестабільності. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансового стану підприємства та завдання його оцінки; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо покращення фінансового стану підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, факторний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано заходи щодо зростання доходу від операційної діяльності підприємства; 2) запропоновано впровадження системи фінансового контролінгу; 3) запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення механізму управління позиковим капіталом підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації фінансового стану підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 127 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 22 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant» in conditions of instability and mechanisms for its improvement. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of diagnosing the financial condition of an enterprise and developing mechanisms for its improvement. The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for implementing mechanisms to improve the financial condition of an enterprise in conditions of instability. Tasks: 1) determine the essence of the financial condition of the enterprise and the tasks of its assessment; 2) carry out an analysis of the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise’s activities; 3) develop measures to improve the financial condition of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, factor analysis, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) measures are proposed to increase the income from the operating activities of the enterprise; 2) the implementation of a financial controlling system is proposed; 3) measures are proposed to improve the mechanism for managing the enterprise’s borrowed capital. Practical significance of the results obtained. Proposals for optimizing the financial condition of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at the processes of ensuring the improvement of the financial condition of the enterprise and increasing the efficiency of its activities through practical measures that can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by heads of financial departments of enterprises to develop tactical and strategic decisions to optimize the mechanism for improving the financial condition, the enterprise’s use of areas for increasing income from operating activities, the implementation of a comprehensive financial controlling system, which should become an important component of the enterprise’s overall management system, and the improvement of the enterprise’s debt capital management mechanism.
