N : The work is presented on 47 pages of printed text, 16 figures, 10 tables, 11 references. The object of the study is the process of developing cross-platform software applications. The aim of the study is to reduce the time spent by users on searching and tracking parcels through the software implementation of the «GO BOX» application (using Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), on the basis of which a comparison of web and mobile application development using the Flutter framework is conducted. The methods of research include domain analysis, comparative analysis, object-oriented design, data structure modeling, software implementation, functional testing, and analysis of deployment results for different platforms. The paper examines the basics of cross-platform development, the features of Flutter for creating mobile and web applications, and the structure of the nova_post project, including its models, services, repositories, and main pages. The practical part is devoted to the «GO BOX» application, which provides phone number authentication, parcel viewing and search, tracking history display, and access differentiation between an authorized user and a guest. The result of the work is a description of the completed cross-platform application, a comparison of web and mobile implementation using Flutter.uk
