Імунний статус до TORCH- інфекцій у жінок Одеського району

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота виконана на 74 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 18 рисунків, 11 таблиць, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 64 джерела, в тому числі 40 іноземною мовою. Матеріал для дослідження – венозна кров жінок Одеського району віком від 18 до 65 років із різними рівнями специфічних антитіл IgM, IgG до TORCH-інфекцій. Об’єкт дослідження – кров жінок Одеського району віком від 18 до 65 років. Предмет дослідження – рівень специфічних антитіл IgM, IgG до TORCH-інфекцій у сироватці крові жінок Одеського району. Метою роботи є визначення імунного статусу до TORCH-інфекцій у жінок Одеського району. Методи дослідження: імунологічні (імуноферментний аналіз – ІФА та полімеразна ланцюгова реакція – ПЛР), статистичні. В ході дослідження були виявлені антитіла до цитомегаловірусу, токсоплазмозу, краснухи та герпесу у жінок Одеського району. Згідно з результатами дослідження CMV (96%) та HSV (88%) – найбільш поширені серед жінок Одеського району. Для жінок репродуктивного віку в даному регіоні зараження цією інфекцією є дуже вірогідним. Краснуха (56%) в контексті планування вагітності досить низький показник. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає увиявленні антитіл до TORCH- інфекцій у жінок Одеського району. Практичне значення: отримані результати можуть бути корисними для ефективної профілактики та діагностики TORCH-інфекцій в Україні.

EN : The qualification work is completed on 74 pages of printed text, contains 18 figures,11 tables, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 64 sources including 40 in a foreign language. The material for the study was venous blood of women in the Odessa region aged 18 to 65 years with different levels of specific IgM and IgG antibodies to TORCH infections. The object of the study was the blood of women of the Odessa region aged 18 to 65 years. The subject of the study is the level of specific antibodies IgM, IgG to TORCHinfections in the blood serumin women of the Odessa region. The purpose of the work is to determine the immune status to TORCH infections in women of the Odessa region. Research methods: imunological (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay  ELISA and polymerase chain reaction  PCR). During the study, antibodies to cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis, rubella, andherpes were detected in women of the Odessa region. According to the results of the study, CMV (96%) and HSV (88%) are the most common among women in the Odessa region. For women of reproductive age in this region, infection with this infection is very likely. Rubella (56%) is a rather low indicator in the context of pregnancy planning. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the detection of antibodies to TORCH infections in women of the Odessa region. Practical significance: the results obtained may be useful for effective prevention and diagnosis of TORCH infections in Ukraine.
