Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Аналіз ефективності організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Руш»: 59 сторінок, 11 таблиць, 9 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 37 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає у необхідності формування науково обґрунтованого підходу до підвищення ефективності організаційної структури управління підприємством. Мета дослідження – розроблення теоретико-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Руш». Об'єкт дослідження – процес формування та функціонування організаційної структури управління підприємства. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти оцінки й удосконалення організаційної структури управління ТОВ «Руш». У роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення підходів до сутності та значення організаційних структур управління; проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «Руш»; досліджено організаційну структуру управління підприємства, виявлено її особливості, переваги та недоліки. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено комплекс практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління, зокрема оптимізацію організаційної структури, впровадження елементів дивізіонального управління, цифровізацію бізнес-процесів тощо.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the need to form a scientifically based approach to increasing the efficiency of the organizational structure of the enterprise's management. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the organizational structure of the management of LLC “Rush”. The object of the research is the process of forming and functioning of the organizational structure of the enterprise's management. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of assessing and improving the organizational structure of the management of LLC “Rush”. The work provides a theoretical generalization of approaches to the essence and significance of organizational management structures; a comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic condition of LLC “Rush” is carried out; the organizational structure of the enterprise's management is studied, its features, advantages and disadvantages are identified. Based on the results obtained, a set of practical recommendations for increasing management efficiency is developed, in particular, optimization of the organizational structure, introduction of elements of divisional management, digitalization of business processes, etc.
