Оцінювання персоналу в системі менеджменту ПрАТ «СК «Оранта-Січ»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт роботи - ПрАТ «СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ "ОРАНТА-СІЧ"». Предмет дослідження - ділова оцінка персоналу на підприємстві. Методи дослідження: описовий, порівняльний, системний. Метою роботи є обґрунтування напрямків вдосконалення ділової оцінки працівників на підприємстві сфери послуг. Для досягнення поставленої мети сформовано та вирішено наступні завдання: дослідити теоретичні аспекти поняття та завдання ділової оцінки; проаналізувати формування переліку ділових якостей працівника; визначити методи оцінки ділових якостей; провести аналіз фінансово-економічного стану підприємств; проаналізувати внутрішнє середовище (фінансово-економічний аналіз) підприємства; зробити SWOT-аналіз для підприємства; дослідити кадрову політику компанії; оцінити ефективність роботи персоналу в діяльності підприємства; обґрунтувати заходи щодо вдосконалення оцінки ділових якостей на підприємстві. Інформаційною базою слугували вітчизняні та зарубіжні видання, матеріали преси та фактичні дані ПрАТ «СТРАХОВА КОМПАНІЯ "ОРАНТА-СІЧ"».

EN : The object of the work is PJSC "ORANTA-SICH INSURANCE COMPANY". The subject of the study is the business assessment of personnel at the enterprise. Research methods: descriptive, comparative, systematic. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the directions for improving the business assessment of employees at the enterprise of the service sector. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were formed and solved: to investigate the theoretical aspects of the concept and task of business assessment; analyze the formation of the list of business qualities of the employee; determine methods of assessing business qualities; conduct an analysis of the financial and economic status of enterprises; analyze the internal environment (financial and economic analysis) of the enterprise; make a SWOT analysis for the enterprise; investigate the company's personnel policy; evaluate the effectiveness of the personnel in the company's activities; justify the measures to improve the assessment of business qualities at the enterprise. The information base was served by domestic and foreign publications, press materials and actual data of PrJSC "INSURANCE COMPANY "ORANTA-Sich"".
