Менеджмент ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності вітчизняного підприємства в умовах турбулентності

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процес управління зовнішньоекономічною політикою підприємства. Предмет дослідження: система теоретичних і практичних засад, які застосовуються в організації та управлінні зовнішньоекономічною політикою на підприємстві. Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі теоретичних та методичних засад і розробці практичних рекомендацій для покращення управління зовнішньоекономічною політикою підприємства в умовах турбулентності для успішного функціонування та збереження конкурентоспроможності. Методи дослідження: для проведення аналізу та формулювання пропозицій використано монографічний метод (для послідовного опису проблеми), порівняльно-статистичний метод (для порівняння статистичних даних), абстрактно-логічний метод (для формулювання висновків). У магістерській роботі автором представлено механізми управління зовнішньоекономічною політикою підприємства та проведено аналіз ефективності управління. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю з метою підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства в умовах турбулентності, під впливом швидких змін ринку через нестабільність та невизначеність; адаптацію до ризиків, постійне вдосконалення стратегій забезпечення стабільності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства на міжнародному ринку. Основні аспекти такого менеджменту включають ретельний аналіз зовнішнього середовища, постійний моніторинг та оновлення стратегій, а також розвиток гнучких механізмів реагування на зміни, що відбуваються у світовій економіці.

EN : The object of the research: the process of managing the foreign economic policy of an enterprise. The subject of the research: the system of theoretical and practical foundations applied in the organization and management of the foreign economic policy within an enterprise. The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to analyze the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations to improve the management of the enterprise’s foreign economic policy in turbulent conditions for successful operation and maintaining competitiveness. The research methods: the monographic method (for consistent description of the problem), the comparative-statistical method (for comparing statistical data), and the abstract-logical method (for formulating conclusions) were used for the analysis and formulation of proposals. In the Thesis for the Master’s Degree the author presented the mechanisms of managing the foreign economic policy of the enterprise and analyzed the effectiveness of this management. Directions for improving the management of foreign economic activity are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise in turbulent conditions, under the influence of rapid market changes due to instability and uncertainty; adaptation to risks, constant improvement of strategies for ensuring the stability and competitiveness of the enterprise on the international market. The main aspects of such management include a thorough analysis of the external environment, constant monitoring and updating of strategies, as well as the development of flexible mechanisms for responding to changes occurring in the global economy.
