Психологічні особливості емоційного інтелекту осіб схильних до віктимної поведінки

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 69 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 7 таблиць, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 46 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – емоційний інтелект особистості як психологічний феномен. Сучасні умови людської життєдіяльності супроводжуються помітними змінами у сфері комунікації. Спостерігається зростання кількості та інтенсивності контактів, що значною мірою пов’язано з цифровізацією спілкування. Одночасно з цим поступово розмиваються норми, які раніше регулювали взаємодію між людьми. У результаті збільшується кількість проявів соціального тиску та інших деструктивних дій щодо особистості, що підсилює актуальність проблеми віктимної поведінки. Нинішнє українське суспільство переживає складні соціально-психологічні трансформації. Ці процеси супроводжуються чисельними деструктивними явищами: зростання конфліктних ситуацій, прояви агресії, насильство тощо. За таким умов проблема віктимності особистості набуває особливого значення. Все більш нагальною стає потреба у виявленні тих психологічних механізмів та чинників, що лежать в основі схильності до віктимної поведінки. Не менш важливою є і розробка заходів, спрямованих на профілактику цього небезпечного явища. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у виявленні профілю сформованості емоційного інтелекту осіб, схильних до віктимної поведінки. Виявлення його сильних та слабких сторін, зокрема, явний дисбаланс розвитку окремих компонентів емоційного інтелекту, дозволяє сформувати уявлення про психологічні механізми формування схильності особистості до віктимних проявів.

The object of research is the emotional intelligence of the individual as a psychological phenomenon. Modern conditions of human life are accompanied by noticeable changes in the sphere of communication. There is an increase in the number and intensity of contacts, which is largely due to the digitalization of communication. At the same time, the norms that previously regulated the interaction between people are gradually being eroded. As a result, the number of manifestations of social pressure and other destructive actions towards the individual is increasing, which enhances the relevance of the problem of victim behavior. Current Ukrainian society is experiencing complex socio-psychological transformations. These processes are accompanied by numerous destructive phenomena: the growth of conflict situations, manifestations of aggression, violence, etc. Under such conditions, the problem of victimization of the individual acquires special importance. The need to identify the psychological mechanisms and factors underlying the tendency to victim behavior is becoming increasingly urgent. No less important is the development of measures aimed at preventing this dangerous phenomenon. The scientific novelty of the study lies in identifying the profile of the formation of emotional intelligence of individuals prone to victim behavior. Identifying its strengths and weaknesses, in particular, the obvious imbalance in the development of individual components of emotional intelligence, allows us to form an idea of the psychological mechanisms of the formation of a person's tendency to victimize.
