Особливості технології виплавки сталі Гадфільда

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробки і дослідження технології виплавки сталі марки 110Г13Л. Представлено історичні передумови створення сталі Гадфільда, розглянуто механічні властивості сталі 110Г13Л; проведений розрахунок сталі Гадфільда з урахуванням складу шихти та шлакоутворюючих матеріалів, періоду плавлення, окислювального та відновлювального періодів; розглянуто удосконалення технології виплавки сталі 110Г13Л у кислих та основних дугових електропечах із застосуванням дисперсних матеріалів; досліджено нанодисперсне модифікування сталі 110Г13Л; досліджені склади шлаків при виплавці сталі Гадфільда; розглянуті особливості випуску з печі і розливки високомарганцевої сталі типу 110Г13Л та наведений вплив малих добавок лантану та алюмінію на щільність сталі 110Г13Л.

EN : The work sets the task of developing and researching the technology of smelting steel grade 110Г13Л. The historical prerequisites for the creation of Gadfield steel are presented, the mechanical properties of 110Г13Л steel are considered; calculation of Gadfield steel was carried out, taking into account the composition of the charge and slag-forming materials, the melting period, oxidation and reduction periods; the improvement of the technology of smelting 110Г13Л steel in acidic and basic electric arc furnaces with the use of dispersed materials is considered; nanodisperse modification of 110Г13Л steel was investigated; researched slag compositions during Hadfield steel smelting; the peculiarities of furnace release and casting of high-manganese steel type 110G13L are considered and the effect of small additions of lanthanum and aluminum on the density of steel 110Г13Л is given.
