Застосування сітьової моделі для оптимізації організаційних процесів при будівництві цивільних будівель

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено дослідження наукових джерел, що віддзеркалює актуальність вибраної тематики, у розрізі можливості застосування сітьової моделі у зв’язку з оптимізацією організаційних процесів будівельно-монтажних робіт. Точність і надійність розрахунків залежать від достовірності вихідної інформації, відповідності розрахункової моделі реальним процесам БМР. На даний час в інженерній практиці найбільш поширені детерміновані розрахункові моделі. Обґрунтовано вирішенні актуальної задачі з оптимізації організаційних процесів будівельно-монтажних робіт за рахунок розробленої сітьової моделі. Детальна інформаційна модель будівлі дозволяє оптимізувати її параметри виявляє чутливість до змін умов та параметрів, викриває усі їх взаємозалежності між собою.

EN : In the work, a study of scientific sources is carried out, which reflects the relevance of the selected topic, in terms of the possibility of using the network model in connection with the optimization of organizational processes of construction and assembly works. The accuracy and reliability of the calculations depend on the reliability of the source information, the compliance of the calculation model with the real processes of BMR. Currently, deterministic calculation models are the most common in engineering practice. The solution to the actual problem of optimizing the organizational processes of construction and assembly works due to the developed network model is substantiated. The detailed information model of the building allows you to optimize its parameters, reveals sensitivity to changes in conditions and parameters, and exposes all their interdependencies.
