Особливості фізіолого-біохімічних показників крові у людей похилого віку при різному рівні компенсації цукрового діабету II типу

Abstract

UA : Дана робота викладена на 66 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць та 2 рисунка. Список літератури включає 61 джерело, в тому числі, 18 джерел латиницею. Об’єкт дослідження – кров людей ІІ періоду зрілого віку при різному рівні компенсації цукрового діабету II типу. Мета роботи – вивчити гематологічні та біохімічні показники крові при різному рівні компенсації обміну речовин у людей похилого віку з цукровим діабетом II типу. Методи дослідження: гематологічні, біохімічні. У результаті роботи встановлено, що у пацієнтів з цукровим діабетом II типу спостерігаються достовірні зміни клінічних та біохімічних показників у залежності від рівня компенсації хвороби. Нaуковa новизна роботи полягає в тому, що впepшe в пopiвняльнoму acпeктi пpoвeдeнi гeмaтoлoгiчнi та бioxiмiчнi дocлiджeння кpoвi в ociб похилого віку при різному рівні компенсації цукрового діабету II типу м. Зaпopiжжя. Значущість роботи – poзшиpeння уявлeнь пpo мexaнiзми poзвитку цукрового діабету II типу. Пpaктичнe знaчeння poбoти – oтpимaнi дaнi cпpияють пpoвeдeнню зaxoдiв профілактики, діагностики та пaтoгeнeтичнoгo лiкувaння ЦД II типу.

The object of the study is the blood of people of the II period of mature age with different levels of compensation of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The purpose of the work is to study the hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood with different levels of metabolic compensation in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Research methods: hematological, biochemical. As a result of the work, it was found that in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, significant changes in clinical and biochemical parameters are observed depending on the level of compensation of the disease. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time in a comparative aspect, hematological and biochemical blood studies were conducted in elderly people with different levels of compensation for type 2 diabetes mellitus in Zaporizhzhia. The significance of the work is the expansion of ideas about the mechanisms of the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Practical significance of the work – the obtained data contribute to the implementation of measures for the prevention, diagnosis and pathogenetic treatment of type 2 diabetes.
