Вплив емоційного інтелекту на вибір стратегій поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях у студентів

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – стратегії поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях у студентів. У сучасних умовах суспільного розвитку особливого значення набувають питання ефективної міжособистісної взаємодії, конструктивного спілкування та здатності особистості успішно долати суперечності, які виникають у процесі соціальної взаємодії. Постійне розширення комунікативного простору, інтенсифікація соціальних контактів, зростання емоційного навантаження та необхідність швидкої адаптації до змін актуалізують проблему пошуку психологічних ресурсів, які забезпечують ефективну поведінку особистості в конфліктних ситуаціях. Особливої уваги потребує студентська молодь, оскільки період навчання у закладі вищої освіти супроводжується активним розвитком особистості, формуванням професійної ідентичності, розширенням системи міжособистісних відносин та залученням до різноманітних форм соціальної взаємодії. У студентському середовищі конфліктні ситуації можуть виникати під час навчальної діяльності, спілкування з одногрупниками, викладачами та іншими учасниками освітнього процесу. Від того, яку стратегію поведінки обирає студент у конфлікті, значною мірою залежить успішність його соціальної адаптації, ефективність комунікації та психологічне благополуччя. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що уточнено особливості взаємозв'язку між рівнем розвитку емоційного інтелекту та вибором стратегій поведінки в конфліктних ситуаціях у студентської молоді; визначено характер зв'язків між окремими компонентами емоційного інтелекту, емпатійними здібностями та переважними стратегіями конфліктної поведінки студентів.

The object of the study is strategies of behavior in conflict situations among students. In modern conditions of social development, the issues of effective interpersonal interaction, constructive communication and the ability of the individual to successfully overcome contradictions that arise in the process of social interaction are of particular importance. The constant expansion of the communicative space, the intensification of social contacts, the growth of emotional stress and the need for rapid adaptation to changes actualize the problem of finding psychological resources that ensure the effective behavior of the individual in conflict situations. Student youth require special attention, since the period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by active development of the personality, the formation of professional identity, the expansion of the system of interpersonal relationships and involvement in various forms of social interaction. In the student environment, conflict situations can arise during educational activities, communication with classmates, teachers and other participants in the educational process. The success of his social adaptation, the effectiveness of communication and psychological well-being largely depend on what strategy of behavior a student chooses in a conflict. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that the features of the relationship between the level of development of emotional intelligence and the choice of strategies of behavior in conflict situations in student youth have been clarified; the nature of the relationships between individual components of emotional intelligence, empathic abilities and the predominant strategies of conflict behavior of students have been determined.
