Оптимізація шлакового режиму конвертерної плавки

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання в умовах киснево-конвертерного цеху оптимізувати шлаковий режим конвертерної плавки, а саме - наведені передумови для будівництва конвертерного цеху та представлена характеристика конвертерного виробництва; наданий загальний опис конвертерного цеху по прольотах; представлена характеристика сталі 5сп та проведений розрахунок матеріального та теплового балансів киснево-конвертерної плавки; представлена конструкція та принцип роботи кисневого конвертера; наведені основні вимоги до шихтових матеріалів; розроблена технологічна схема роботи ККЦ та хід плавки; розглянуті питання розкислення та легування плавки, запропоновані заходи боротьби з азотом, воднем, киснем і неметалевими включеннями; запропоновано заходи щодо зниження вмісту вуглецю та кисню в низьковуглецевої сталі та проведено дослідження оптимізація шлакового режиму конвертерної плавки.

EN : The work sets the task of optimizing the slag regime of converter smelting in the conditions of an oxygen converter shop, namely - the prerequisites for the construction of a converter shop are given and the characteristics of converter production are presented; a general description of the converter shop by spans is given; the characteristics of 5sp steel are presented and the material and heat balances of oxygen converter smelting are calculated; the design and principle of operation of the oxygen converter are presented; the main requirements for charge materials are given; a technological scheme of the operation of the oxygen converter and the smelting process are developed; the issues of deoxidation and alloying of the smelting are considered, measures are proposed to combat nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and non-metallic inclusions; measures are proposed to reduce the carbon and oxygen content in low-carbon steel and a study is conducted to optimize the slag regime of converter smelting.
