Осадження нітриду титану з газової фази на керамічну підкладку

Abstract

UA : Метою роботи є аналіз конструктивно – технологічних схем та розробка технології отримання тонких покриттів нітриду титану та оцінити якість готової продукції. Об’єкт дослідження: фізико-хімічні процеси та закономірності при осадженні тонких покриттів нітриду титана. Предмет дослідження: технологія процесу отримання нітридів титана и тонких покриттів на його основі. В роботі проведено аналіз схем та методів отримання нітриду титана. Розглянуті технологічні варіанти отримання нітриду титана, обладнання та режими отримання покриттів. Встановлена залежність механічних властивостей тонких покриттів на основі нітриду титану від тиску газів при їх осаджені. Встановлено вплив тугоплавких металів на характеристики покриттів.

EN : Aim of the work: To analyze design and technological schemes and to develop a technology for producing thin titanium nitride coatings, as well as to evaluate the quality of the finished products. Object of study: Physicochemical processes and regularities during the deposition of thin titanium nitride coatings. Subject of study: The technology of producing titanium nitrides and thin coatings based on them. In the work, schemes and methods of obtaining titanium nitride were analyzed. Technological options for producing titanium nitride, the equipment used, and the operating regimes for coating deposition were considered. The dependence of the mechanical properties of thin titanium nitride-based coatings on gas pressure during deposition was established. The influence of refractory metals on the characteristics of the coatings was also determined.
