Вплив інновацій та технологій на конкурентоспроможність ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг»

Abstract

UA : У роботі розглянуто основні чинники, що формують конкурентоспроможність підприємств на сучасному ринку, зокрема роль інновацій та технологій, та проаналізовано їхній вплив на економічні та конкурентні показники. Метою роботи є дослідження впливу інновацій та технологій на конкурентоспроможність ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» та розробка практичних рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності його діяльності. Об’єкт дослідження – діяльність ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» у металургійній галузі. Предмет дослідження – вплив інноваційно-технологічного розвитку на конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначено сутність інновацій та технологій як ключових чинників формування конкурентних переваг, а також наведено методи оцінювання впливу інноваційно-технологічного розвитку на показники діяльності підприємства. Другий розділ присвячений аналізу конкурентоспроможності ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» у контексті інноваційних трансформацій. Проведено оцінку внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів, що впливають на позиції підприємства на ринку, здійснено SWOT- та PEST-аналізи, а також запропоновано практичні заходи щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності, зокрема технологічну модернізацію, впровадження цифрових рішень, енергоефективних і «зелених» технологій та розвиток науково-дослідної діяльності. У ході дослідження встановлено, що впровадження інновацій та сучасних технологій дозволяє підприємству знизити собівартість продукції, підвищити її якість, розширити експортний потенціал і зміцнити ринкові позиції. Запропоновані рекомендації можуть бути використані підприємством для комплексного використання власних конкурентних переваг та забезпечення довгострокової стійкості на внутрішньому та міжнародному ринках сталі. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості застосування розроблених рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності управління інноваціями та технологіями, що сприятиме зміцненню конкурентоспроможності ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг».

EN : The work examines the main factors that shape the competitiveness of enterprises in the modern market, in particular the role of innovations and technologies, and analyzes their impact on economic and competitive indicators. The purpose of the work is to study the impact of innovations and technologies on the competitiveness of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" and develop practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of its activities. The object of the study is the activities of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" in the metallurgical industry. The subject of the study is the impact of innovative and technological development on the competitiveness of the enterprise. The work consists of two sections. The first section examines the theoretical foundations of the competitiveness of the enterprise, defines the essence of innovations and technologies as key factors in the formation of competitive advantages, and also provides methods for assessing the impact of innovative and technological development on the performance indicators of the enterprise. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the competitiveness of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" in the context of innovative transformations. An assessment of internal and external factors affecting the company's market position was carried out, SWOT and PEST analyses were carried out, and practical measures were proposed to increase competitiveness, in particular technological modernization, the introduction of digital solutions, energy-efficient and "green" technologies, and the development of scientific and research activities. The study found that the introduction of innovations and modern technologies allows the company to reduce the cost of production, improve its quality, expand export potential and strengthen market positions. The proposed recommendations can be used by the company to comprehensively use its own competitive advantages and ensure long-term sustainability in the domestic and international steel markets. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations to increase the efficiency of innovation and technology management, which will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih".
