N : The work is presented on 97 pages of printed text, contains 10 tables, 11 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 80 sources. The object of the study is music therapy as a direction of art therapy in the work of a psychologist. In the twentieth century. researchers initiated an intensive scientific substantiation of the preventive, therapeutic and health-improving possibilities of musical works. In many cultures, for millennia, music has been used to achieve a change in a person’s psycho-emotional state. The idea of music as therapy is based on ancient intercultural beliefs that music can have a “healing” effect on the mind and body. The explanation of therapeutic mechanisms in music almost always included cultural and social scientific-scientific connections regarding the use and functions of music in society. Music therapy as one of the directions of art therapy has been an applied form of application of musical art in society since ancient times. The healing properties of music have been evident since ancient times and have not lost their power over the millennia to this day. The scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a training program to restore women's mental health using music therapy in martial law conditions.uk
