Індукційні плавильні печі: види, технологічні особливості та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

UA : У роботі виконано огляд сучасних видів індукційних плавильних печей та нових технологічних можливостей підвищення їх продуктивності. Показано, що основною тенденцією розвитку індукційних тигельних печей є зростання як одиничної, так і сумарної ємності парку печей, пов'язаний з потребою у великих кількостях високоякісного металу. Зазначено, що при збільшенні ємності індукційних печей підвищується коефіцієнт корисної дії печі та знижуються питомі витрати на її виготовлення та експлуатацію. Визначено світові лідери у галузі розробки та виробництва індукційних плавильних печей. Приведено розрахунок геометричних параметрів індукційної печі та розрахунок електромагнітних параметрів індукційної тигельної печі при виплавці сталі.

EN : The paper provides an overview of modern types of induction melting furnaces and new technological possibilities for increasing their productivity. It is shown that the main trend in the development of induction crucible furnaces is the growth of both individual and total capacity of the furnace park, which is associated with the need for large quantities of high-quality metal. It is noted that increasing the capacity of induction furnaces increases the efficiency of the furnace and decreases the specific costs of its manufacture and operation. World leaders in the field of development and production of induction melting furnaces have been identified. The calculation of the geometric parameters of the induction furnace and the calculation of the electromagnetic parameters of the induction crucible furnace for steel smelting is presented.
