Нове будівництво 2-х секційного житлового комплексу «Кременчуцький обрій» у м. Кременчук

Abstract

EN : The qualification work includes a comprehensive design of a residential building in the city of Kremenchuk, consisting of two volume-planning sections with 5 and 9 floors with a height difference. Architectural and planning solutions, structural features of the building, engineering and geological conditions of the site, and also a calculation of foundations and foundations taking into account the characteristics of the soil base. The organizational and technological solutions for the construction of the facility have been worked out in detail, including the choice of assembly mechanisms, the technology for performing the main construction and assembly processes, and the development of the construction master plan. The calculation of the needs for material and technical resources, temporary buildings and structures, as well as engineering support for the construction site has been performed. The work also determines the main technical and economic indicators of construction, including the estimated cost, labor intensity and duration of the construction of the facility. The results obtained confirm the possibility of implementing the adopted design solutions in the specified engineering and geological conditions.

UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі виконано комплексне проєктування житлового будинку у місті Кременчук, що складається з двох об’ємно-планувальних секцій поверховістю 5 та 9 поверхів із перепадом висот. Розглянуто архітектурно-планувальні рішення, конструктивні особливості будівлі, інженерно-геологічні умови майданчика, а також виконано розрахунок основ і фундаментів з урахуванням характеристик ґрунтової основи. Детально опрацьовано організаційно-технологічні рішення зведення об’єкта, включаючи вибір монтажних механізмів, технологію виконання основних будівельно-монтажних процесів та розробку будівельного генерального плану. Виконано розрахунок потреб у матеріально-технічних ресурсах, тимчасових будівлях і спорудах, а також інженерному забезпеченні будівельного майданчика. У роботі також визначено основні техніко-економічні показники будівництва, включаючи кошторисну вартість, трудомісткість та тривалість зведення об’єкта. Отримані результати підтверджують можливість реалізації прийнятих проєктних рішень у заданих інженерно-геологічних умовах.
