Психологічні технології формування національної ідентичності бійців Збройних сил України

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 96 сторінках, друкованого тексту, 5 таблиць, 1 рисунок, 3 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 82 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – національна ідентичність особистості військовослужбовців. Сучасний етап розвитку українського суспільства характеризується глибокими соціальними, політичними та культурними трансформаціями, зумовленими повномасштабною збройною агресією проти України. В умовах воєнного стану особливої ваги набуває проблема національної ідентичності як психологічного феномена, що визначає здатність особистості до усвідомлення своєї належності до нації, прийняття її цінностей, норм і смислів, а також готовність діяти в інтересах держави та суспільства. Особливе місце у цьому контексті посідають військовослужбовці Збройних сил України, які не лише виконують функцію захисту територіальної цілісності та суверенітету держави, а й виступають носіями та трансляторами національних цінностей, ідей та ідентифікаційних смислів. Професійна діяльність бійців ЗСУ відбувається в умовах підвищеного психологічного напруження, екстремальних ситуацій, бойового стресу та ризику для життя, що зумовлює глибокі трансформації особистісної сфери, зокрема національної ідентичності. У науковому дискурсі національна ідентичність розглядається як складне багатовимірне утворення, що включає когнітивний, емоційно-ціннісний та поведінковий компоненти. Водночас більшість досліджень зосереджена на загальносоціальних або цивільних групах населення, тоді як психологічні особливості формування та розвитку національної ідентичності військовослужбовців, особливо в умовах реального бойового досвіду, залишаються недостатньо вивченими. Це зумовлює наявність суперечності між об’єктивною суспільною значущістю національної ідентичності для військових та обмеженістю науково обґрунтованих психологічних підходів до її цілеспрямованого формування і підтримки. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у визначенні психологічних особливостей національної ідентичності бійців Збройних сил України з урахуванням специфіки їхньої професійної військової діяльності та умов воєнного стану. У роботі уточнено зміст і структуру національної ідентичності військовослужбовців, а також розкрито роль ціннісно-смислових та соціально-психологічних чинників у її формуванні та прояві.

The object of the study is the national identity of the military personnel. The current stage of development of Ukrainian society is characterized by deep social, political and cultural transformations caused by full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. In conditions of martial law, the problem of national identity as a psychological phenomenon that determines the ability of an individual to realize his belonging to the nation, accept its values, norms and meanings, as well as the willingness to act in the interests of the state and society, acquires special importance. A special place in this context is occupied by military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who not only perform the function of protecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state, but also act as carriers and translators of national values, ideas and identification meanings. The professional activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers takes place in conditions of increased psychological stress, extreme situations, combat stress and risk to life, which causes deep transformations of the personal sphere, in particular national identity. In scientific discourse, national identity is considered as a complex multidimensional formation, which includes cognitive, emotional-value and behavioral components. At the same time, most studies are focused on general social or civilian groups of the population, while the psychological features of the formation and development of the national identity of military personnel, especially in conditions of real combat experience, remain insufficiently studied. This causes a contradiction between the objective social significance of national identity for the military and the limitations of scientifically based psychological approaches to its purposeful formation and support. The scientific novelty of the study lies in determining the psychological features of the national identity of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of their professional military activity and the conditions of martial law. The work clarifies the content and structure of the national identity of military personnel, and also reveals the role of value-meaning and socio-psychological factors in its formation and manifestation.
