Інноваційні бізнес-моделі та їх впровадження в Україні

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти впровадження інноваційних бізнес-моделей у діяльність ТОВ «Інтерпайп». Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати сутність інноваційних бізнес-моделей, дослідити особливості їх упровадження в Україні та розробити практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інноваційної бізнес-моделі ТОВ «Інтерпайп». Методи дослідження: у роботі використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження, зокрема системний підхід, порівняльний аналіз, метод SWOT-аналізу, експертного оцінювання, графічного моделювання, економічного аналізу, а також елементи ризик-менеджменту та стратегічного планування. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні засади формування інноваційних бізнес-моделей підприємств. Визначено роль інновацій у створенні нової цінності, розкрито сутність, класифікацію та структуру сучасних бізнес-моделей. Окрему увагу приділено методичним підходам до оцінювання ефективності впровадження інноваційних бізнес-рішень, зокрема з використанням фінансових і нефінансових показників. У другому розділі проведено аналіз упровадження інноваційної бізнес-моделі на прикладі ТОВ «Інтерпайп». Подано організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, здійснено оцінку його поточної бізнес-моделі та визначено напрями трансформації з урахуванням цифрових технологій, енергоефективності й екологічних вимог. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями вдосконалення інноваційної бізнес-моделі ТОВ «Інтерпайп».

EN : Subject of the research: theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of implementing innovative business models in the activities of Interpipe LLC. Purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate the essence of innovative business models, to study the peculiarities of their implementation in Ukraine, and to develop practical recommendations for improving the innovative business model of Interpipe LLC. Research methods: the study employs general scientific and special research methods, including the system approach, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, expert evaluation, graphical modeling, economic analysis, as well as elements of risk management and strategic planning. The first chapter considers the theoretical foundations of the formation of innovative business models of enterprises. The role of innovation in creating new value is determined, and the essence, classification, and structure of modern business models are revealed. Special attention is paid to methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of implementing innovative business solutions, including the use of financial and non-financial indicators. The second chapter analyzes the implementation of an innovative business model using the case of Interpipe LLC. It provides an organizational and economic overview of the company, evaluates its current business model, and identifies directions for transformation considering digital technologies, energy efficiency, and environmental requirements. The third chapter proposes directions for improving the innovative business model of Interpipe LLC, focusing on digitalization, sustainable development principles, and increasing the efficiency of innovative business decisions.
