Управління оборотним капіталом ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 98 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансово-господарська діяльність ПрАТ “УКРГРАФІТ”та процеси управління оборотним капіталом підприємства Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти формування, використання й удосконалення системи управління оборотним капіталом ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ». Метою роботи є комплексний аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій управління оборотним капіталом ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ», виявлення основних проблем і резервів підвищення його ефективності, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення механізмів управління оборотними активами. Завдання: 1) дослідити сучасний стан, структуру та динаміку оборотного капіталу ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ».; 2)оцінити ефективність управління оборотними активами та джерелами їх фінансування; 3) розробити рекомендації для, підвищення ліквідності та фінансової стійкості підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний підхід, методи економічного та кількісного аналізу, фінансових коефіціентів, логічний метод , порівняння , групування та узагальнення. Одержані результати : 1) проаналізовано стан, структуру та динаміку оборотного капіталу, визначено основні тенденції його змін; 2) удосконалено підходи до управління оборотним капіталом підприємства, оптимізовано його структуру для підвищення ліквідності та фінансової стійкості. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Розроблені рекомендації можуть використовуватись при плануванні фінансових потоків, прийнятті управлінських рішень та підвищенні ефективності діяльності підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 98 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 15 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the financial and economic activities of PrJSC “UKRGRAPHIT” and the processes of managing the enterprise’s working capital. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation, use and improvement of the working capital management system of PrJSC "UKRGRAPHIT". Particular attention is paid to the processes of ensuring the efficiency of the use of working assets, optimizing their structure and sources of financing, as well as increasing the liquidity and financial stability of the enterprise in the conditions of the modern market environment. The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of the current state and trends in working capital management of PrJSC "UKRGRAPHIT", identification of the main problems and reserves for increasing its efficiency, as well as development of practical recommendations for improving working asset management mechanisms, optimizing their structure, ensuring liquidity and increasing the financial stability of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) to investigate the current state, structure and dynamics of working capital of PrJSC "UKRGRAFIT".; 2) to assess the effectiveness of management of working assets and sources of their financing; 3) to develop recommendations for increasing the liquidity and financial stability of the enterprise. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach, methods of economic and quantitative analysis, financial ratios, logical method, comparison, grouping and generalization. Results obtained: 1) the state, structure and dynamics of working capital were analyzed, the main trends of its changes were identified; 2) approaches to managing the working capital of the enterprise were improved, its structure was optimized to increase liquidity and financial stability. Practical significance of the results obtained. The developed recommendations can be used in planning financial flows, making management decisions and increasing the efficiency of the enterprise.
