Адаптація дітей молодшого шкільного віку до системи навчання є надзвичайно важливим аспектом психології розвитку, оскільки цей період визначає не лише успішність навчання, а й загальний емоційний стан дитини. Входження в шкільне життя супроводжується численними змінами в соціальному, емоційному та когнітивному плані, що можуть спричинити стрес та тривогу. За даними досліджень відомих психологів *, від 20 до 40% дітей стикаються з труднощами адаптації в перший рік навчання, що може мати серйозні наслідки для їхньої подальшої соціальної діяльності. У сучасному світі, де зміни в освітній системі відбуваються швидко, питання адаптації дітей до навчання стає все більш актуальним. Необхідно вивчати психологічні особливості, які впливають на адаптацію, адже вони можуть суттєво вплинути на процеси навчання та розвитку дитини. Вивчення цього питання дозволить педагогам та психологам розробити ефективні методи підтримки дітей у процесі адаптаціїі. Наукова новизна: було досліджено роль сім’ї, соціального середовища та освітнього закладу у формуванні адаптивних навичок дитини, та виявлення основних причин стресу у дітей на початку навчання та створення рекомендацій для педагогів і батьків щодо їх усунення.

The adaptation of primary school children to the education system is an extremely important aspect of developmental psychology, since this period determines not only the success of learning, but also the general emotional state of the child. Entering school life is accompanied by numerous changes in the social, emotional and cognitive plan, which can cause stress and anxiety. According to research by well-known psychologists *, from 20 to 40% of children face difficulties in adaptation in the first year of study, which can have serious consequences for their further social activities. In the modern world, where changes in the education system are occurring rapidly, the issue of children's adaptation to education is becoming increasingly relevant. It is necessary to study the psychological characteristics that affect adaptation, because they can significantly affect the processes of learning and development of the child. Studying this issue will allow teachers and psychologists to develop effective methods of supporting children in the adaptation process. Scientific novelty: the role of the family, social environment and educational institution in the formation of a child's adaptive skills was investigated, and the main causes of stress in children at the beginning of schooling were identified and recommendations were created for teachers and parents to eliminate them.
