Формування та розвиток страхових послуг в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 121 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 45 таблиць, 19 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 94 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження  процеси формування та стану страхових послуг в Україні. Предмет дослідження  сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із наданням страхових послуг в Україні. Методи досліджень: діалектичний; системний, комплексний та структурно- функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний; математичного моделювання. Метою роботи є узагальнення, поглиблення і розвиток концептуальних засад розвитку страхових послуг в Україні. Завдання: виявити сутність і властивості страхових послуг, визначити функції страхових послуг у системі економічних відносин; надати класифікацію страхових послуг та виявити їх якісні хараткеристики та чинники, які впливають на якість страхових послуг; проаналізувати стан ринку страхових послуг України, виявити основні закономірності, тенденції й особливості у цій сфері; проаналізувати стан страхових послуг за видами та галуззями страхування, виявити найбільш популярні та перспективні послуги; охарактеризувати традиційні та новітні канали реалізації страхових послуг; охарактеризувати тенденції діджіталізації та інноваційні тренди на ринку страхових послуг України. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в систематизації теоретичних положень щодо сутності страхових послуг та функціонування ринку страхових послуг. Практичне значення мають розробки рекомендацій щодо організації та вдосконалення процесу надання страхових послуг на ринку.

EN : The work is presented on 121 pages of printed text, contains 45 tables, 19 figures. The list of referеnces includes 94 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. In modern conditions, the issues of protecting economic entities from potential threats and creating an effective system of protection from the influence of various negative factors are of particular importance. To do this, it is necessary to ensure the effective functioning of the insurance market, which provides for the provision of a wide range of demanded insurance services. Progressive and steady socio-economic development of the state cannot be ensured without a developed insurance market, which, in turn, contributes to the improvement of the well-being of the population, the safe functioning of business entities. The relevance of this problem, its theoretical and practical significance determined the choice of the research topic and determined its purpose. The purpose of the work is to generalize, deepen and develop the conceptual foundations of the functioning of the insurance services market in Ukraine. In the process of writing the work, in order to achieve the set goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: ̶ to identify the essence and properties of insurance services, ̶ to determine the functions of insurance services in the system of economic relations; ̶ to provide a classification of insurance services and to identify their qualitative characteristics and factors that affect the quality of insurance services; ̶ to analyze the state of the insurance services market in Ukraine, to identify the main patterns, trends and features in this area; ̶ to analyze the state of insurance services by types and branches of insurance, to identify the most popular and promising services; ̶ to characterize the traditional and newest channels for the sale of insurance services; ̶ to characterize the trends in digitalization and innovative trends in the insurance market of Ukraine. Object of research (activity and state of the insurance services market of Ukraine. Subject of research (a set of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied problems related to the functioning of the insurance market of Ukraine. Research methods: abstract-logical, dialectical, analytical, comparative analysis, economic, mathematical and statistical methods. The sources of information for the study were the results of scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists, official statistics of insurance organizations and the insurance market, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, periodicals, Internet resources. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the systematization of theoretical provisions on the essence of insurance services and the functioning of the insurance market. Of practical importance are the development of recommendations for the organization and improvement of the process of providing insurance services in the market.
