Технологічні інновації та стратегія розвитку ПАТ «Укрпошта» в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра присвячена дослідженню технологічних інновацій та стратегії розвитку АТ «Укрпошта» в умовах цифровізації. Актуальність теми зумовлена зростаючим впливом цифрових технологій на діяльність підприємств інфраструктурного типу, а також необхідністю адаптації національного оператора поштового зв’язку до сучасних економічних, технологічних і воєнних викликів. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження особливостей упровадження технологічних інновацій у діяльність АТ «Укрпошта» та обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення стратегії її розвитку в умовах цифровізації. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі розкрито теоретичні засади технологічних інновацій і стратегічного управління, проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на ефективність і конкурентоспроможність підприємств, а також здійснено комплексний аналіз діяльності АТ «Укрпошта». У роботі проведено аналіз фінансово-економічних показників, інноваційної діяльності та кадрового потенціалу підприємства, а також оцінено вплив цифровізації на операційну стійкість компанії. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу впроваджених технологічних рішень, зокрема автоматизації процесів, розвитку електронних і фінансових сервісів та цифрових каналів взаємодії з клієнтами. Для визначення стратегічних перспектив розвитку підприємства застосовано SWOT- та PEST-аналіз. За результатами дослідження визначено основні проблеми та можливості інноваційного розвитку АТ «Укрпошта», а також обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення технологічних інновацій і стратегії розвитку підприємства з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій цифрової економіки. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій у діяльності АТ «Укрпошта» для підвищення ефективності управління, якості послуг та забезпечення довгострокової конкурентоспроможності. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків і пропозицій, списку використаних джерел та додатків. Робота містить таблиці, рисунки та аналітичні матеріали, що ілюструють результати дослідження.

EN : The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the study of technological innovations and the development strategy of JSC "Ukrposhta" in the conditions of digitalization. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing influence of digital technologies on the activities of infrastructure-type enterprises, as well as the need to adapt the national postal operator to modern economic, technological and military challenges. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the features of the introduction of technological innovations into the activities of JSC "Ukrposhta" and to substantiate the directions for improving its development strategy in the conditions of digitalization. To achieve the set goal, the work reveals the theoretical principles of technological innovations and strategic management, analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, and also carries out a comprehensive analysis of the activities of JSC "Ukrposhta". The paper analyzes the financial and economic indicators, innovative activity and human resource potential of the enterprise, and also assesses the impact of digitalization on the operational stability of the company. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of implemented technological solutions, in particular, process automation, development of electronic and financial services and digital channels of interaction with customers. SWOT and PEST analysis were used to determine the strategic prospects for the development of the enterprise. According to the results of the study, the main problems and opportunities for innovative development of JSC "Ukrposhta" were identified, and directions for improving technological innovations and the enterprise's development strategy were substantiated, taking into account modern trends in the digital economy. The practical significance of the paper lies in the possibility of using the proposed recommendations in the activities of JSC "Ukrposhta" to improve management efficiency, service quality and ensure long-term competitiveness. The qualification paper consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusions and proposals, a list of sources used and appendices. The paper contains tables, figures and analytical materials illustrating the results of the study.
