Психологічні особливості мотиваційної сфери працівників благодійних фондів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 67 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 5 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 57 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – мотиваційна сфера особистості. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена необхідністю глибокого розуміння психологічних механізмів мотивації працівників благодійних фондів. На відміну від бізнес-сектору, де домінують матеріальні стимули, в некомерційній сфері мотиваційна структура є складнішою, поєднуючи альтруїстичні настанови, потреби у самореалізації, соціальному визнанні та духовному розвитку. Посилення впливу кризових явищ, гуманітарних викликів і війни в Україні додатково підвищує актуальність вивчення мотиваційної сфери саме у цій професійній групі. Проблема дослідження полягає в недостатній розробленості психологічних підходів до опису, діагностики та розвитку мотиваційної сфери працівників благодійних організацій. Зокрема, бракує системного аналізу індивідуально-психологічних особливостей мотивації в умовах високої емоційної напруги, волонтерських традицій і мінливого соціального контексту. Це створює потребу у спеціальному психологічному вивченні механізмів формування та підтримання мотивації, з урахуванням специфіки діяльності в благодійній сфері. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у наступному: систематизовано психологічні теорії мотивації; здійснено системний теоретичний аналіз мотиваційної сфери працівників благодійних фондів з урахуванням специфіки їхньої професійної діяльності, що відзначається високим рівнем емоційної залученості та альтруїстичними настановами.

The object of the study is the motivational sphere of the individual. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need for a deep understanding of the psychological mechanisms of motivation of employees of charitable foundations. Unlike the business sector, where material incentives dominate, in the non-profit sector the motivational structure is more complex, combining altruistic guidelines, needs for self-realization, social recognition and spiritual development. The strengthening of the impact of crisis phenomena, humanitarian challenges and war in Ukraine further increases the relevance of studying the motivational sphere in this professional group. The problem of the study lies in the insufficient development of psychological approaches to the description, diagnosis and development of the motivational sphere of employees of charitable organizations. In particular, there is a lack of systematic analysis of individual and psychological features of motivation in conditions of high emotional stress, volunteer traditions and a changing social context. This creates a need for a special psychological study of the mechanisms of formation and maintenance of motivation, taking into account the specifics of activity in the charitable sector. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the following: psychological theories of motivation have been systematized; a systematic theoretical analysis of the motivational sphere of employees of charitable foundations has been carried out, taking into account the specifics of their professional activity, which is characterized by a high level of emotional involvement and altruistic orientations.
