Управління бізнес-процесами ІТ-компаній в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: методи та інструменти оптимізації бізнес-процесів в ІТ-компанії в умовах цифрової трансформації. Об’єкт дослідження: система управління бізнес-процесами компанії EPAM Systems. Мета роботи – визначення теоретичних засад, діагностика поточного стану управління бізнес-процесами в EPAM Systems та розроблення моделі їх цифрової трансформації з урахуванням економічних, організаційних і соціальних ефектів. Методи дослідження. У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра використано сукупність загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема: системний підхід, описовий метод, статистичні методи, підходи до формування ідентичності бренда, метод опитування. Специфіка даної кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у комплексному підході до дослідження управління бізнес-процесами в ІТ-компанії в умовах цифрової трансформації, який поєднує теоретичний, аналітичний та практичний рівні аналізу. Особлива увага приділяється саме процесному підходу до управління, цифровим технологіям (BPM-системам, RPA, ERP, аналітичним платформам), а також побудові моделі трансформації бізнес-процесів (AS-IS / TO-BE). У дослідженні проведено практичну оцінку ефективності запропонованих змін на основі реальних фінансових і операційних показників EPAM Systems із використанням методів KPI, Balanced Scorecard та процесного аудиту. Для досягнення мети роботи проведено теоретичний аналіз сутності, змісту та класифікації бізнес-процесів, розглянуто основні концепції та моделі управління ними (BPM, BPR, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps), досліджено сучасні теоретичні підходи до цифрової трансформації бізнесу. На прикладі компанії EPAM Systems здійснено комплексний аналіз її організаційної структури, фінансово-економічного стану та поточної системи управління бізнес-процесами, проведено SWOT-аналіз. На основі проведеного дослідження, розроблено проєкт цифрової трансформації бізнес-процесів за моделлю AS-IS / TO-BE, визначено очікувані результати та проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих змін з економічної, організаційної та соціальної точок зору. У результаті реалізації поставлених завдань було підтверджено гіпотезу про те, що впровадження процесного управління та цифрових технологій суттєво підвищує ефективність функціонування ІТ-компаній і сприяє їхньому сталому розвитку.

EN : The subject of the research is methods and tools for optimizing business processes in an IT company in the context of digital transformation. The object of the research is business process management system of EPAM Systems. The goal of the work is to determine the theoretical foundations, diagnose the current state of business process management in EPAM Systems and develop a model of their digital transformation, taking into account economic, organizational and social effects. The methods of the research. The master’s thesis uses a set of general and special research methods, in particular: system approach, descriptive method, statistical methods, approaches to brand identity formation, survey method. The specificity of this qualification work is a comprehensive approach to the study of business process management in an IT company in the context of digital transformation, which combines theoretical, analytical and practical levels of analysis. Particular attention is paid to the process approach to management, digital technologies (BPM systems, RPA, ERP, analytical platforms), as well as building a business process transformation model (AS-IS / TO-BE). The study conducted a practical assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed changes based on real financial and operational indicators of EPAM Systems using KPI, Balanced Scorecard and process audit methods. To achieve the goal of the work, a theoretical analysis of the essence, content and classification of business processes was conducted, the main concepts and models of their management (BPM, BPR, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps) were considered, modern theoretical approaches to digital business transformation were investigated. Using the example of EPAM Systems, a comprehensive analysis of its organizational structure, financial and economic status and current business process management system was carried out, and a SWOT analysis was conducted. Based on the research, a project for digital transformation of business processes using the AS-IS / TO-BE model was developed, the expected results were determined and the effectiveness of the proposed changes was assessed from an economic, organizational and social point of view. As a result of the implementation of the tasks set, the hypothesis was confirmed that the implementation of process management and digital technologies significantly increases the efficiency of IT companies and contributes to their sustainable development.
