Зв’язок емоційного інтелекту з рівнем стресостійкості у дівчат

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 88 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 29 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження: емоційний інтелект дівчат студентського віку. Сучасний період розвитку суспільства характеризується надзвичайно високим рівнем психоемоційного навантаження на особистість. Стрімкі соціальні зміни, інформаційний перевантаження, академічний та соціальний тиск, а в умовах воєнного часу в Україні — ще й постійна загроза фізичній та психологічній безпеці, — усе це висуває особливі вимоги до внутрішніх ресурсів особистості та її здатності зберігати психологічну рівновагу. У цьому контексті стресостійкість постає однією з найважливіших психологічних характеристик, що визначає якість адаптації людини до мінливих умов буття та ефективність її функціонування в ситуаціях хронічного стресу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що вперше здійснено комплексне емпіричне вивчення зв'язку між структурними компонентами емоційного інтелекту (розпізнавання власних емоцій, управління власними емоціями, самомотивація, емпатія, розпізнавання емоцій інших людей) та показниками стресостійкості у дівчат студентського віку в умовах воєнного стану в Україні; визначено компоненти емоційного інтелекту, що найбільш тісно пов'язані з психологічною стійкістю до стресових впливів у даній вибірці.

The object of the study: emotional intelligence of female students. The current period of development of society is characterized by an extremely high level of psycho-emotional stress on the individual. Rapid social changes, information overload, academic and social pressure, and in the conditions of wartime in Ukraine - also a constant threat to physical and psychological safety - all this puts special demands on the internal resources of the individual and his ability to maintain psychological balance. In this context, stress resistance appears to be one of the most important psychological characteristics that determines the quality of a person's adaptation to changing conditions of life and the effectiveness of his functioning in situations of chronic stress. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive empirical study of the relationship between the structural components of emotional intelligence (recognition of one's own emotions, management of one's own emotions, self-motivation, empathy, recognition of other people's emotions) and indicators of stress resistance in female students under martial law in Ukraine has been carried out; the components of emotional intelligence that are most closely related to psychological resistance to stress in this sample have been identified.
