Індивідуальне консультування ВПО в системі соціальної роботи

Abstract

UA : Мета роботи – теоретично обґрунтувати, емпірично дослідити та запропонувати шляхи удосконалення індивідуального консультування внутрішньо переміщених осіб у системі соціальної роботи в Україні. Об'єктом дослідження є процес соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Предметом дослідження є індивідуальне консультування як форма соціальної роботи з внутрішньо переміщеними особами, його зміст, методи, принципи реалізації та практична ефективність. Одержані висновки та їх новизна: 1.У дипломній роботі запропоновано системну модель індивідуального консультування ВПО, адаптовану до умов соціальної кризи. 2. Вперше узагальнено досвід зарубіжних країн з урахуванням українських реалій та виявлено бар’єри й потреби ВПО на основі емпіричних даних. 3.Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження мультидисциплінарного та цифрового підходів у практику консультування. 4. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо організації роботи соціальних працівників у сфері індивідуального консультування. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підготовки соціальних працівників, розробки локальних програм підтримки ВПО, вдосконалення державної політики соціального захисту, а також як методичне підґрунтя для подальших наукових досліджень у сфері соціальної роботи в кризових умовах.

EN : The purpose of this thesis is to theoretically substantiate, empirically investigate, and propose ways to improve individual counseling for internally displaced persons (IDPs) within the social work system in Ukraine. The object of the study is the process of social support for internally displaced persons during martial law in Ukraine. The subject of the study is individual counseling as a form of social work with internally displaced persons, including its content, methods, principles of implementation, and practical effectiveness. Key findings and their novelty: This thesis proposes a systematic model of individual counseling for IDPs, adapted to conditions of social crisis. For the first time, the experience of foreign countries has been generalized, taking into account Ukrainian realities, and barriers and needs of IDPs have been identified based on empirical data. The feasibility of implementing multidisciplinary and digital approaches in counseling practice has been substantiated. Practical recommendations for organizing the work of social workers in the field of individual counseling have been developed. The results of this research can be used for training social workers, developing local IDP support programs, improving state social protection policies, and as a methodological basis for further scientific research in the field of social work in crisis conditions.
