Орнітотерапія в корекції фізіологічних станів людини

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 39 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць та 8 діаграм. Перелік посилань включає 35 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження був вплив пісні солов’я на психо-фізіологічний стан людини. Метою роботи було дослідження впливу пісні солов’я на психоемоційний стан населення для корекції тривожних розладів, станів емоційного напруження та покращення якості життя людей під час великого навантаження на психіку нинішнього час. Методи дослідження мають на меті виявити вплив пісні солов’я на психічний стан сучасних українців в умовах російсько-української війни. В роботі проводилось емпіричне дослідження за допомогою чотирьох методик: шкала депресії Бека, генералізований тривожний розлад, методика експрес-діагностики неврозу (К. Хека і Х. Хесса), тест на визначення рівня стресу за Ю. В. Щербатих. В дослідженні взяли участь 10 людей різних вікових категорій. Вік людей, які брали участь у тестуванні варіюється від 20 до 65 років. Дане емпіричне дослідження сплановане та оформлене на платформі MS Forms, що містять тести для онлайн-опитуванння респондентів. Значущість роботи – результати дослідження можуть використовуватись для корекції психоемоційного стану за допомогою прослуховування пісні солов’я. Отримані результати можуть бути використані населенням для самостійної корекції своїх психічних станів.

EN : The work is presented on 39 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables and 8 diagrams. The list of references includes 35 sources. The object of the study was the influence of the nightingale's song on the psycho-physiological state of a person. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of the nightingale's song on the psycho-emotional state of the population for the correction of anxiety disorders, states of emotional tension and improving the quality of life of people during the great load on the psyche of the present time. The research methods are aimed at identifying the influence of the nightingale's song on the mental state of modern Ukrainians in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The work conducted an empirical study using four methods: Beck's depression scale, generalized anxiety disorder, the method of express diagnosis of neurosis (K. Heck and H. Hess), a test for determining the level of stress according to Yu. V. Shcherbatykh. 10 people of different age categories participated in the study. The age of people who participated in the testing varies from 20 to 65 years. This empirical study is planned and designed on the MS Forms platform, which contains tests for online surveying of respondents. The significance of the work - the results of the study can be used to correct the psycho-emotional state by listening to the song of the nightingale. The results obtained can be used by the population to independently correct their mental states.
