Взаємозв’язок когнітивного стилю особистості та процесу ухвалення життєвих рішень

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: процес ухвалення життєвих рішень як психологічний феномен. Актуальність дослідження пояснюється тим, що у сучасному світі людина щодня стикається з необхідністю робити вибір, від побутових ситуацій до складних життєвих рішень, що визначають її майбутнє. Особливої ваги ця тема набуває сьогодні, коли людині доводиться ухвалювати рішення в умовах нестабільності, інформаційного тиску та швидких змін середовища. Швидкі зміни суспільства, невизначеність соціальних і професійних умов, інформаційне перевантаження та зростання відповідальності за власне життя роблять процес ухвалення рішень однією з ключових тем у психологічній науці. Уміння приймати виважені, усвідомлені рішення стає важливою умовою особистісної зрілості, професійної успішності та психологічного благополуччя. Однак способи, якими люди приймають та ухвалюють рішення, значно відрізняються. Одні діють швидко, інтуїтивно, інші зважують усі варіанти, прагнучи раціонального аналізу. Такі відмінності пов’язані з індивідуальними особливостями мислення, які у психології позначаються як когнітивний стиль особистості. Когнітивний стиль відображає своєрідність того, як людина сприймає, обробляє й інтерпретує інформацію. Саме він задає тон тому, як формується процес ухвалення рішень, чи схильна особа аналізувати, сумніватися, імпровізувати, чи спирається на інтуїцію або логіку. Дослідження особливостей прийняття та ухвалення рішень з урахуванням когнітивних стилів допомагає глибше зрозуміти індивідуальну логіку вибору, знайти шляхи розвитку гнучкості мислення, підвищити відповідальність і рівень усвідомленості у власному житті. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що було проведено теоретичний та практичний аналіз взаємозв’язку когнітивних стилів особистості з особливостями процесу ухвалення життєвих рішень у контексті сучасної когнітивної психології. Зокрема, емпірично встановлено, що певні типи когнітивного стилю (поленезалежний, рефлексивний, гнучкий) сприяють більш раціональним і зваженим стратегіям ухвалення життєвих рішень, тоді як полезалежні, імпульсивні й ригідні стилі пов’язані з менш ефективними моделями поведінки.

The object of the study: the process of making life decisions as a psychological phenomenon. The relevance of the study is explained by the fact that in the modern world, a person is faced with the need to make choices every day, from everyday situations to complex life decisions that determine his future. This topic is of particular importance today, when a person has to make decisions in conditions of instability, information pressure and rapid changes in the environment. Rapid changes in society, uncertainty of social and professional conditions, information overload and increased responsibility for one's own life make the decision-making process one of the key topics in psychological science. The ability to make balanced, conscious decisions is becoming an important condition for personal maturity, professional success and psychological well-being. However, the ways in which people make and make decisions differ significantly. Some act quickly, intuitively, others weigh all options, striving for rational analysis. Such differences are associated with individual characteristics of thinking, which in psychology are referred to as the cognitive style of the individual. The cognitive style reflects the uniqueness of how a person perceives, processes and interprets information. It is he who sets the tone for how the decision-making process is formed, whether a person is inclined to analyze, doubt, improvise, or relies on intuition or logic. The study of the features of decision-making and decision-making taking into account cognitive styles helps to better understand the individual logic of choice, find ways to develop flexibility of thinking, increase responsibility and the level of awareness in one's own life. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that a theoretical and practical analysis of the relationship between the cognitive styles of the individual and the features of the process of making life decisions in the context of modern cognitive psychology was conducted. In particular, it has been empirically established that certain types of cognitive style (field-independent, reflective, flexible) contribute to more rational and balanced strategies for making life decisions, while field-dependent, impulsive, and rigid styles are associated with less effective behavioral patterns.
