Психологічні особливості розвитку професійної ідентичності психолога

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – професійний розвиток особистості психолога. Сучасний етап розвитку психологічної науки та практики характеризується зростанням вимог до професійної підготовки фахівців-психологів, їхньої особистісної зрілості, професійної відповідальності та усвідомленості власної ролі у процесі психологічної допомоги. В умовах соціальної нестабільності, зростання психоемоційного навантаження на особистість і суспільство загалом особливого значення набуває проблема становлення та розвитку професійної ідентичності психолога як інтегрального утворення, що визначає ефективність його професійної діяльності, стійкість до професійних криз і здатність до саморозвитку. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що професійна ідентичність психолога формується не лише як результат засвоєння фахових знань і навичок, а й як складний особистісний процес, пов’язаний із професійним самовизначенням, усвідомленням цінностей професії, прийняттям професійної ролі та інтеграцією образу «Я» у професійний контекст. Недостатній рівень сформованості професійної ідентичності може призводити до внутрішніх конфліктів, професійного вигорання, зниження мотивації до діяльності та сумнівів у власній професійній компетентності. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні особливостей розвитку професійної ідентичності майбутніх психологів та уточненні ролі особистісних чинників у цьому процесі.

The object of the study is the professional development of the psychologist's personality. The current stage of development of psychological science and practice is characterized by increasing requirements for the professional training of psychologists, their personal maturity, professional responsibility and awareness of their own role in the process of psychological assistance. In conditions of social instability, increasing psycho-emotional load on the individual and society in general, the problem of the formation and development of the professional identity of a psychologist as an integral formation that determines the effectiveness of his professional activity, resistance to professional crises and the ability to self-development acquires special importance. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the professional identity of a psychologist is formed not only as a result of mastering professional knowledge and skills, but also as a complex personal process associated with professional self-determination, awareness of the values of the profession, acceptance of a professional role and integration of the image of the "I" into the professional context. An insufficient level of formation of professional identity can lead to internal conflicts, professional burnout, reduced motivation for activity and doubts about one's own professional competence. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive study of the features of the development of the professional identity of future psychologists and clarification of the role of personal factors in this process.
