Аналіз системи нормування праці персоналу та її удосконалення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 9 таблиць, 2 рисунки. Перелік посилань включає 47 джерел. Об'єктом дослідження є система нормування праці на ПАТ «Дрогобицький машинобудівний завод». Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні та практичні аспекти вдосконалення нормування праці на підприємстві в умовах економічної нестабільності та воєнного стану. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – дослідити сучасний стан системи нормування праці, виявити її недоліки та запропонувати шляхи вдосконалення з урахуванням специфіки підприємства та зовнішніх викликів. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, економічного і статистичного аналізу, порівняння, емпіричного аналізу, методи прогнозування та моделювання. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у розробці адаптивного підходу до нормування праці, який забезпечує гнучкість і адаптивність системи до змін у зовнішньому середовищі та внутрішніх процесах підприємства. Запропоновано інноваційні інструменти прозорого нормування праці, які враховують реальні можливості працівників і ресурсів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані підприємствами машинобудівної галузі та інших секторів, що прагнуть підвищити ефективність нормування праці, адаптуватися до змін у зовнішньому середовищі та покращити управління трудовими ресурсами.

The object of the research is the labor standardization system at PJSC "Drohobych Machine-Building Plant." The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of improving labor standardization at the enterprise under conditions of economic instability and wartime. The purpose of the qualification work is to examine the current state of the labor standardization system, identify its shortcomings, and propose ways to improve it, considering the enterprise's specifics and external challenges. Scientific results obtained during the research include: – the concept and significance of labor standardization were examined, outlining its role in modern labor resource management; – the main methods of labor standardization and their applicability to the machine-building industry were identified; – the impact of labor standardization on personnel management efficiency was analyzed; – a general characterization of PJSC "Drohobych Machine-Building Plant" was provided, focusing on the organization of workforce management; – the current labor standardization system was evaluated for its compliance with modern challenges and industry standards; – proposals for improving the labor standardization system were developed, including the implementation of transparent approaches and new management tools; – a methodology for implementing flexible labor standardization was proposed, accounting for external factors; – the effectiveness of the proposed measures was assessed, identifying their impact on productivity, costs, and employee satisfaction. 6 Methods of research: logical generalization, deductive, economic and statistical analysis, comparison, empirical analysis, forecasting, and modeling methods. Scientific novelty lies in the development of an adaptive approach to labor standardization, which ensures flexibility and adaptability of the system to changes in the external environment and internal processes of the enterprise. Innovative tools for transparent labor standardization have been proposed, considering the real capabilities of employees and resources. Research results can be utilized by enterprises in the machine-building sector and other industries seeking to improve labor standardization efficiency, adapt to external environmental changes, and enhance labor resource management.
