Розробка технології одержання кристалічного кремнію

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробити технологію та провести розрахунок необхідної кількості устаткування для проєктування цеху з виробництва кристалічного кремнію, а саме - наведено обґрунтування конструкції промислової будівлі, вибір типу печі та опис її конструкції; наведено розрахунки основних параметрів печі та необхідного обладнання, розміщеного в цеху; представлений вибір конструкції основних виробничих агрегатів, описані основні елементи конструкції рудовідновлювальної печі РКЗ-16,5 та представлений режим роботи; наведено властивості та призначення кремнію, технологію виплавки та розливання, виконано розрахунок матеріального балансу виплавки Кр3; розглянуто основні шкідливі та небезпечні фактори в роботі феросплавного цеха.

EN : The work sets the task of developing a technology and calculating the required amount of equipment for designing a crystalline silicon production workshop, namely - the justification of the design of the industrial building, the choice of the type of furnace and a description of its design are provided; calculations of the main parameters of the furnace and the necessary equipment located in the workshop are provided; the choice of the design of the main production units is presented, the main elements of the design of the RKZ-16.5 ore reduction furnace are described and the operating mode is presented; the properties and purpose of silicon, the smelting and casting technology are given, the material balance of Kr3 smelting is calculated; the main harmful and dangerous factors in the operation of the ferroalloy workshop are considered.
