Соціальний захист дітей, які постраждали внаслідок воєнних дій в Україні

Abstract

UA : Метою дослідження є здійснення діагностики ефективності стану соціального захисту дітей, які постраждали внаслідок воєнних дій у Україні. Об’єктом дослідження є діти, які постраждали внаслідок воєнних дій в Україні, як клієнти соціальної роботи. Предметом дослідження є соціальний захист дітей, які постраждали внаслідок воєнних дій в Україні. Методи дослідження: термінологічний аналіз понять, абстрагування, аналіз, синтез, індукцію, дедукцію, узагальнення, систематизацію, спостереження, опис, а також бібліографічний метод. Гіпотеза дослідження: якщо дитина отримує статус дитини, постраждалої внаслідок воєнних дій та збройних конфліктів, то вона автоматично стає на облік у службі у справах дітей, як дитина, яка опинилася у складних життєвих обставинах. Висновки: 1. Захист прав дітей має досить вагоме правове підґрунтя, яке врахувало багато ситуацій та нюансів, які виникають, або можуть виникнути в органів, на які покладено функцію захисту прав дітей. 2. Якщо дитина зазнала психологічного насильства, внаслідок воєнних дій та це підтверджено актом оцінки потреб сім’ї, який складає центр соціальних служб, то таку дитину ставлять на облік у службі у справах дітей як дитину, яка опинилася у складних життєвих обставинах. 3. Для дітей, які отримали зазначений статус, на сьогоднішній день доступні лише дві пільги: першочергове зарахування до закладів дошкільного виховання та безкоштовне харчування в закладах освіти.

EN : The objective of the research is to diagnose the efficiency of the social protection of children affected by hostilities in Ukraine. The subject of the research is children affected by the hostilities in Ukraine as clients of social protection services. The scope of the research is the social protection of children affected by hostilities in Ukraine. Research methods: terminological analysis of concepts, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalisation, systematisation, observation, description, and the bibliographic method. The research hypothesis is that if a child receives the status of a child affected by hostilities and armed conflicts, he or she is automatically registered with the children's service as a child in difficult life circumstances. Conclusions: 1. The protection of children's rights has a fairly solid legal basis, which takes into account many situations and nuances that arise or may arise in the bodies charged with protecting children's rights. 2. If a child has suffered psychological violence as a result of hostilities and this is confirmed by a family needs assessment report prepared by a social services centre, such a child is registered with the children's service as a child in difficult life circumstances. 3. Only two benefits are currently available to children who have been granted this status: priority admission to pre-school education institutions and free meals in educational institutions.
