Інфраструктура забезпечення бізнес-процесів підприємства сфери послуг

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування та розвитку інфраструктурного забезпечення бізнес-процесів підприємства сфери послуг. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та практичних аспектів оптимізації інфраструктурного забезпечення ключових бізнес-процесів Наукової бібліотеки ЗНУ. Мета дослідження: теоретичне обґрунтування ролі інфраструктурного забезпечення в реалізації бізнес-процесів підприємства сфери послуг та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо його вдосконалення на прикладі Наукової бібліотеки Запорізького національного університету (НБ ЗНУ). Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення, системний підхід, статистичний аналіз, PEST- та SWOT-аналіз, економіко-математичне моделювання (розрахунок TCO), методи проєктного менеджменту. У першому розділі систематизовано поняття бізнес-процесу у сфері послуг, визначено чотирикомпонентну структуру інфраструктури (фізична, технологічна (ІТ), інформаційна, соціальна). Введено та обґрунтовано поняття «інфраструктурного розриву» як ключової проблеми невідповідності між вимогами бізнес-процесу та фактичними можливостями інфраструктури, що його забезпечує. У другому розділі проведено комплексну діагностику організаційно-економічних засад та ресурсного потенціалу НБ ЗНУ. Виявлено «стратегічну суперечність»: стрімке зростання попиту на цифрові послуги (збільшення звернень до е-каталогу та репозитарію) відбувається на тлі критичного фізичного та морального зносу (понад 85%) та хронічного недофінансування (менше 1% бюджету) серверної інфраструктури. Ідентифіковано два ключові розриви: технологічно-безпековий (ризик повної втрати даних) та функціональний (фрагментація інформаційних ресурсів та відсутність єдиного пошуку). У третьому розділі розроблено два взаємопов’язані проєкти модернізації інфраструктури. Перший – «Проєкт модернізації ІТ-інфраструктури на основі гібридної хмарної моделі» – спрямований на усунення технологічно-безпекового розриву. На основі розрахунку загальної вартості володіння (TCO) доведено, що пропонована модель є на 11,3% економічно ефективнішою протягом 5 років, ніж традиційна заміна обладнання, та повністю вирішує проблему надійності (SLA 99,9%) і резервного копіювання. Другий – «Проєкт впровадження єдиної пошукової системи (Discovery Service)» на базі open-source рішення VuFind – усуває функціональний розрив, радикально покращує користувацький досвід (UX) та підвищує рентабельність інвестицій (ROI) у передплачені бази даних.

EN : The object of research: the process of formation and development of infrastructure support for business processes of a service enterprise. The subject of research: a set of theoretical and methodological principles and practical aspects of optimizing the infrastructure support for the key business processes of the ZNU Scientific Library. The purpose of research: to theoretically substantiate the role of infrastructure support in the implementation of business processes in a service enterprise and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement on the example of the ZNU Scientific Library (ZNU SL). Research methods: theoretical generalization, system analysis, statistical analysis, PEST and SWOT analysis, economic and mathematical modeling (TCO calculation), project management methods. The first section systematizes the concept of a business process in the service sector and defines the four-component structure of infrastructure (physical, technological (IT), informational, social). The concept of an "infrastructure gap" is introduced and substantiated as a key problem of the mismatch between the requirements of a business process and the actual capabilities of the infrastructure that supports it. The second section provides a comprehensive diagnosis of the organizational and economic foundations and resource potential of the ZNU SL. A "strategic contradiction" was revealed: a rapid growth in demand for digital services (increased access to the e-catalog and repository) is occurring against the backdrop of critical physical and moral deterioration (over 85% wear) and chronic underfunding (less than 1% of the budget) of the server infrastructure. Two key gaps were identified: a technology-security gap (risk of complete data loss) and a functional gap (fragmentation of information resources and lack of a unified search). The third section develops two interrelated infrastructure modernization projects. The first, "Project for IT infrastructure modernization based on a hybrid cloud model," is aimed at eliminating the technology-security gap. Based on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculation, it is proven that the proposed model is 11.3% more cost-effective over 5 years than traditional equipment replacement and completely solves the problem of reliability (99.9% SLA) and data backup. The second, "Project for the implementation of a unified Discovery Service" based on the open-source solution VuFind, eliminates the functional gap, radically improves user experience (UX), and increases the Return on Investment (ROI) in subscribed databases.
