Особливості психоемоційних станів дітей із захворюваннями серцево-судинної системи

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: психічна діяльність дітей із захворюваннями серцево-судинної системи. В Україні вроджені серцево-судинні захворювання у дітей представляють все більш серйозну проблему охорони здоров’я. З початку нового тисячоліття частота захворювань органів кровообігу в дитячому віці зросла в 2,5-3 рази. В Україні щорічно народжується близько 5-6 тис. дітей з серцево-судинними захворюваннями. Будь-яка хронічна хвороба незалежно від того, яка її біологічна природа, який орган або функціональна система виявляється ураженою нею, ставить людину в психологічно особливі життєві обставини, або, інакше кажучи, створює особливу об’єктивну соціальну ситуацію розвитку психіки людини. В цьому відношенні самі різні хронічні захворювання можуть створити однотипні життєві умови. Будь-яка хвороба, навіть якщо вона не супроводжується руйнівними змінами діяльності мозку, обов’язково видозмінює психіку хворого внаслідок появи нових форм реагування хворого на хворобу, яких раніше не було. В цих випадках мова йде про вплив страхів, занепокоєнь, хвилювань щодо результату хвороби на особистість хворого. Таке занепокоєння має, як правило, складний характер і включає побоювання суто індивідуальні (чим мені загрожує хвороба?), які завжди і тісно взаємопов’язані з побоюваннями, що мають суспільний (соціальний) характер, у зв’язку зі сформованим в суспільстві ставленням до даної хвороби, з особливостями її соціального звучання. В останні роки лікарі різних спеціальностей та медичні психологи все більше цікавляться психікою соматично хворої людини – її реакцією на хворобу, особистісними особливостями і т. д. Чимале значення в пробудженні цього інтересу відіграли ті сучасні напрямки в медицині, в яких облік психічного фактора є об’єктивною необхідністю (реабілітація, медицина в екстремальних умовах, психосоматика та ін.). Наукова новизна полягає у тому, що у ході дослідження вивчено психологічні особливості психоемоційних станів дітей із захворюваннями серцево-судинної системи, та виявлено, що її характерними рисами є підвищена тривожність, страхи, періодичні депресивні стани та астенічні стани, що підлягають корекції для подальшого гармонійного розвитку дитини.

The object of the study: mental activity of children with diseases of the cardiovascular system. In Ukraine, congenital cardiovascular diseases in children represent an increasingly serious health problem. Since the beginning of the new millennium, the frequency of diseases of the circulatory system in childhood has increased by 2.5-3 times. About 5-6 thousand children with cardiovascular diseases are born in Ukraine annually. Any chronic disease, regardless of its biological nature, which organ or functional system is affected by it, puts a person in psychologically special life circumstances, or, in other words, creates a special objective social situation for the development of the human psyche. In this regard, the most different chronic diseases can create similar living conditions. Any disease, even if it is not accompanied by destructive changes in brain activity, necessarily modifies the patient's psyche due to the emergence of new forms of the patient's reaction to the disease, which did not exist before. In these cases, we are talking about the influence of fears, anxieties, and worries about the outcome of the disease on the patient's personality. Such anxiety is usually complex in nature and includes purely individual fears (what does the disease threaten me with?), which are always closely interconnected with fears that have a public (social) nature, in connection with the attitude formed in society towards this disease, with the peculiarities of its social sound. In recent years, doctors of various specialties and medical psychologists have become increasingly interested in the psyche of a somatically ill person - his reaction to the disease, personal characteristics, etc. Considerable importance in awakening this interest was played by those modern directions in medicine in which taking into account the mental factor is an objective necessity (rehabilitation, medicine in extreme conditions, psychosomatics, etc.). The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the study studied the psychological features of the psychoemotional states of children with diseases of the cardiovascular system, and revealed that its characteristic features are increased anxiety, fears, periodic depressive states and asthenic states, which are subject to correction for the further harmonious development of the child.
