Гендерно-психологічні особливості кібербулінгу серед старшокласників

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: кібербулінг як соціально-психологічне явище в середовищі старшокласників. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена стрімкою діджиталізацією українського суспільства, у межах якої інтернет, соціальні мережі та цифрові платформи стають провідним простором соціалізації підлітків. Саме старшокласники є однією з найбільш уразливих категорій, оскільки поєднують високу активність в онлайн-середовищі з інтенсивним процесом особистісного та ціннісного становлення. У цих умовах кібербулінг постає як специфічна форма психологічного насильства, що здійснюється за допомогою цифрових технологій і часто має тривалий, латентний характер, а його наслідки можуть бути не менш травматичними, ніж форми традиційного булінгу. Додатковим чинником загострення проблеми є тривала дія воєнного стану в Україні. Підлітки переживають підвищений рівень тривожності, невизначеності, емоційного виснаження, що впливає на якість міжособистісних взаємин та може сприяти зростанню агресивних проявів у віртуальному просторі. Для частини старшокласників онлайн-комунікація стає чи не єдиним каналом підтримання соціальних контактів, а отже, простором, де реалізуються як потреба в підтримці, так і тенденція до приниження, виключення, психологічного тиску. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні та емпіричному вивченні гендерно-психологічних особливостей кібербулінгу серед старшокласників, що дало змогу уточнити специфіку його проявів у хлопців і дівчат, визначити чинники, які зумовлюють участь підлітків у цифровій агресії, та обґрунтувати рекомендації щодо профілактики цього явища з урахуванням гендерної специфіки.

The object of the study: cyberbullying as a socio-psychological phenomenon among high school students. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid digitalization of Ukrainian society, within which the Internet, social networks and digital platforms are becoming the leading space for socialization of adolescents. High school students are one of the most vulnerable categories, as they combine high activity in the online environment with an intensive process of personal and value formation. In these conditions, cyberbullying appears as a specific form of psychological violence, carried out using digital technologies and often has a long, latent nature, and its consequences can be no less traumatic than forms of traditional bullying. An additional factor exacerbating the problem is the prolonged effect of martial law in Ukraine. Adolescents experience increased levels of anxiety, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion, which affects the quality of interpersonal relationships and can contribute to the growth of aggressive manifestations in virtual space. For some high school students, online communication becomes almost the only channel for maintaining social contacts, and therefore, a space where both the need for support and the tendency to humiliation, exclusion, and psychological pressure are realized. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the gender-psychological characteristics of cyberbullying among high school students, which made it possible to clarify the specifics of its manifestations in boys and girls, to identify factors that determine the participation of adolescents in digital aggression, and to substantiate recommendations for the prevention of this phenomenon, taking into account gender specifics.
