Управління фінансовими ризиками в системі економічної безпеки підприємства ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління фінансовими ризиками на підприємстві ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ», спрямовані на забезпечення його економічної безпеки. Предметом дослідження є методи, інструменти та підходи до управління фінансовими ризиками в системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Метою роботи є оцінювання рівня фінансових ризиків підприємства та розробка рекомендацій щодо їх управління в системі забезпечення економічної безпеки. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансових ризиків підприємством; 2) провести аналіз фінансових показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення системи управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства. Методи досліджень: методи систематизація та узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено підходи до управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства шляхом інтеграції сучасних інформаційних технологій; 2) обґрунтовано адаптацію ризик-менеджменту до специфіки експортно орієнтованих підприємств через впровадження інструментів хеджування валютних ризиків, диверсифікації ринків збуту та автоматизації моніторингу фінансових потоків. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування та ефективного управління фінансовими ризиками можуть бути використані в діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 11 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the financial risk management processes at the UKRGRAFIT PJSC enterprise aimed at ensuring its economic security. The subject of the study is methods, tools and approaches to financial risk management in the system of economic security of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to assess the level of financial risks of the enterprise and develop recommendations for their management in the system of ensuring economic security. Tasks: 1) to determine the nature of the company's financial risks; 2) conduct an analysis of the financial performance of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the company's financial risk management system. The following general scientific methods were used in the research process: systematization and generalization (during the analysis of the essence of the concept of "financial risk" and the study of its classification features); system analysis (when determining the components of the financial risk management system in the context of the economic security of the enterprise); methods of analysis and synthesis (to justify approaches to risk management); induction and deduction (when forming conclusions); grouping method (when assessing financial indicators and risks); graphic method (for visualization of research results). The obtained results and their novelty: 1) improved approaches to the management of financial risks of the enterprise through the integration of modern information technologies; 2) the adaptation of risk management to the specifics of export-oriented enterprises through the introduction of tools for currency risk hedging, diversification of sales markets, and automation of financial flow monitoring is substantiated.

The proposed practical recommendations are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the company's financial risk management, which will strengthen its economic security, ensure financial stability and optimize the use of resources. The obtained results can be implemented by enterprises to improve the risk management system and integrate modern information technologies into management processes.
